Property Ratings at Stone Oak Apartments
I've lived at Stone Oak Apartments for three years and have grown to appreciate the modern upgrades and cozy atmosphere. The abundance of natural light and recent improvements make my apartment feel welcoming every day. While there have been occasional delays in maintenance, the overall community vibe and convenient location in Independence, MO, keep me satisfied.
I have lived here for 2 years now and I love it. Management is really responsive.
New management is so much better. I moved in last summer when the old owners had Stone Oak and had asked to get my stove fixed over and over again, but they never did it. The new management fixed my stove the first time I called.
I love how quiet it is. The Manager and Maintenance are very helpful
These are nice apartments that are also in a great location.
I currently live here . I have been here one year and seen 4 managers . In that one year I have have not had a good experience .
I live here for 4 years and like the place. I never had a problem with management, they were quick to help with any problem. I would live here again.
Each time that I wanted some attention they stop doing their stuff to take care for what I was worry so that talks about how much they take care about you. very friendly personal.
while living here at stone oak I have not had any major problems if something needs to be fixed maintenance got the job done right away! The area is peaceful and everyone around is nice.
New Managements is so good, maintenance is faster, so quiet and secure I like it !!!
tried calling to look at a space and when I finally got an answer, person in office was very rude. said he didn't have anything to show, and when informed it needed to be fixed on websites, he hung up on me. very bad service to someone looking to rent from them. DO NOT consider this place.

Since new owners took over there is no maintenance and they cash your rent check on the 30th of the month before it is due and then put a note on your door on the 14th to pay or get out in 3 days! Scamming, scheming, landlords! The trash doesn't get picked up until bags are falling out of the top of the dumpsters. The grass is rarely mowed anymore and when it is it's done poorly. Seriously this place has gone downhill in just 2 months. Great location...but no management.
