Property Ratings at Stone Farm
I do not recommend this complex at all, If I could I wouldn’t give any star at all for this place, maintenance is horrible not helpful at all, bathroom vanity is not been updated and not at the standard size, the house was dirty when we moved here, I’ve never seen anyone clean the stairs it’s full of spiders.
I have had a very positive experience living here so far. From day 1, management has gone out of there way to make sure I am happy with my apartment. Maintenance staff are proactive as well and were responsive to my concerns immediately. If there was an ongoing issue, they made sure it was addressed and fixed in a very timely manner. This is a quiet, professional community which I appreciate as well. Rent is slightly high, but if you can afford it, I'd say go for it!

While Stone Farm may seem like the perfect blend of convenience to DHMC and reasonable rent; don't be fooled. My apartment grew significant mold in both bedrooms on the walls and it took the management more than a month to get people in the fix it. I told my landlord about my broken dishwasher 2 months ago, but it still has not been fixed or replaced. If you don't mind dorm life, you may be very happy here. If you prefer not listening to everything you neighbors do, from talking to playing music and what they watch on tv, you will want to move elsewhere. Also be aware that 90% of the people who live here are afiliated with DHMC, so if you don't want to bring work home, you will not like this complex.

Stone Farm Apartments has changed ownership as of December 2014 and is now managed by Briarcliff Management. With that purchase, came along some inherited issues that we have taken care of in a very timely and appropriate manner. There has been nothing but positive changes here at Stone Farm with many more to come! The untimeliness of your requests from the prior manager is not something we tolerate here at Briarcliff Management. I can assure you that Stone Farm is where people want to call home! I would love to give you a tour of our newly renovated apartments and to show you the changes!
