Not sure why residents get charged a monthly trash fee when the dumpster is constantly overflowing and now for some reason it’s gone. I just love being on my balcony and overlooking the small landfill the apartment has started!

I really enjoy living here at Stonecrest Apartments. It is very quiet, clean and spacious. The only thing I wish they had are linen closets, but the second bedroom for me is a big help there The management are great especially Kimberly, she makes sure I'm taken care of with any situation. It's a great place to live.

Although the apartments are pretty, and the location is nice, management is very lack luster. I lived at these apartments for 2 years and moved out at the end of April. Phone calls to the office were never returned and it seemed like it was hit or miss with the office being open. Trash was constantly littered around the complex, in the breezeways, and ESPECIALLY by the leasing office itself as the trash compactor and dumpster are no where near large enough for a complex of its size. The “amenities” at the complex are a comically small pool and a “fitness center” that is only open when the office is. The dog pick up stations are constantly over flowing and picking up after pets isn’t enforced by the office like it should be, so there is always pet waste around the whole complex. Overall I would not recommend this complex at the price you pay per month, which is rather unfortunate because it has great potential.

This place is ran by poor management. Wifi has been out at my boyfriend and his roommates apartment for weeks now. There has not been a single communication effort from the office as to the issue at hand. We have attempted to call the office and have not gotten an answer. The property managers at the office are not even there everyday. It has resorted to having to physically walk over to their office to get in contact with them which resulted in a response along the lines of “a technician is going to be coming out today, we will send out a message to everyone once they give us more insight”. Which was a week ago, and still nothing was sent by the property managers. We have resorted to calling the internet company and have been told that they know what the issue is, they know how to fix it, but they can’t and they cannot give anymore information as to why they can not fix it. This property needs some serious work, and if my boyfriend and his roommate are charged for internet this coming month, there will be larger issues than what it currently happening.

If you enjoy being surrounded by neighbors that treat it like a frat house, then this is your place. I unfortunately only live here since the housing market is terrible! The only reason for the great past reviews is cause the complex was giving incentives for good reviews. Be cautious if you think this is the place for you!

I lived in these apartments for three years. The old owners were great until sound management took over. When I moved out, they continued to tell me they were going to send me my deposit and now almost a year later they have never sent it. They even called me a month ago to advise that they was sending it and I should receive it soon. I verified my new address and still it was never sent. I’ve attempted to contact them many times but never received a return call or email.

Not only that, but the management at Stonecrest, DOES NOT consider resident’s safety concerns a priority. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Clean, safe environment with a community feel. Your landlord is on top of things and has quick responses. Overall, great place to live!

Apartments are clean and the grounds are kept up. Management is always communicating with everyone on what’s going on.

The worst place I have lived , the walls were actually cracking and they did nothing about it. The apartment was bought by a new company halfway through my lease and once the new company came in everything hit the fan. It was horrible , from the costumer service to the rudeness to the no communication. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone .

The apartments are nice! Just get use to your neighbors being young college students who smoking substances and you can smell it into your apartment. Then they are up late making all kinds of noise when you need to work in the morning and your child is crying b/c they can’t sleep either due to the noise and have school in the morning! Have some consideration for the others around you!

Great Location in New Albany. The apartments are the perfect size, they feel like your in a house instead of an apartment. The maintenance is also great.

you don’t feel like you are living in an apartment, it feels like a little condo! The shower actually produces HOT water and has good pressure, No carpet in the living room or hall way, Nice staff, pet friendly, internet and cable are included, walk in closet, and they are all new! I love living here!
