Located about eight miles northeast of Downtown San Antonio, Camelot is a cozy, established neighborhood with mature trees and a mixture of housing styles. With a name like Camelot, you’d expect to find a Round Table, an Excalibur, King Arthur, Merlin, Guinevere, Lancelot, and Galahad – and you’d be right. The streets in this neighborhood are all named in honor of the medieval tales that date back to the 12th century.
Camelot is located just northeast of Fort Sam Houston, making it a good option for anyone working at the military base. Bordered by I-410, Camelot is located between Windcrest to the north and Park Village to the south. Much of the neighborhood is residential, but Walzem Road is a powerful exception, filled with shopping centers, restaurants, and businesses.

Very quiet neighbourhood. Office staff is courteous and maintenance request is usually done without delays
I do love the location that there’s a bunch of options around the area. The only downside is that there’s a lot of break-ins into vehicles, which is kind of scary but overall it hasn’t been bad living here

Amazing. Got a two bedroom and we couldn’t be more happy with the price. Switched to carpet and it’s been great, very spacious for our family of three. So far we’ve loved everything, from the location, to the staff, & maintenance. We even love going to the pool when it’s open.

I have lived at Stonechase for close to 3 years. I know it’s a modest property, but don’t judge a book. These apartments are extremely comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood, and most importantly the tenants are well taken care of by management and maintenance.

Overall, my two years living here have been fantastic! My experience has gone down a little but I think that’s mostly the new neighbors that have moved in and no fault of the complex. The ever increasing price for the quality of the property is my only true complaint. Would still recommend moving here for sure. Love the staff and how helpful they are!

Stone Chase is a quiet, modest community. I have enjoyed the atmosphere of respect and friendliness among fellow tenants. The management is responsive, kind, and always proactive. Our maintenance team is amazing. They act fast and will always have an alternate solution if something in the apartment can’t be readily fixed. I love that the community is close to my workplace and that it’s convenient to grocery stores. All in all, living here has been a truly enjoyable experience.

The maintenance team are awesome. Always eager to help and fix any problem no matter the size. Compared to my previous apartment complex in Austin, the front desk and maintenance were not that great and had so many issues. It’s a breath of fresh air living here. Front desk helps with what they can and maintenance is so eager to help. I love it. You get the norm environment of living in apartment complex (hearing neighbors etc) but it’s never been a problem. My stay has been very pleasant. You will always have problems or hiccups every where you go but at least stone chase is quick to give an honest and sincere response to any issues, & tries to resolve as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I’ve had a great experience as a resident of Stone Chase. Anthony was extremely helpful and insightful with his assistance when I was seeking an apartment. Relocating is always a stressful event but because of his empathy, professionalism and superior customer service, he made moving into my apartment smooth and easy. I’m very thankful for all the help he provided. One thing people, tenants, need to keep in mind is that apartments like Stone Chase are older properties, so things will happen that may require apartment or unit maintenance. I’ve put in a few work orders for relatively minor items. Those work orders were fulfilled rapidly and always to my satisfaction. I am thankful for the maintenance team and the hard work they put in during the winter freeze we had and during the scorching temperatures. Overall, I have been extremely happy with my customer experience.

Stone Chase is where people go to chase some R&R. The peace and tranquility of the apartment complex juxtaposes the hustle and bustle on Walzem. This dynamic duality of living presents a bold and clear statement, "Get lit if you want. Or not. It's all here".

This is my first apartment. I was a little nervous but carefully chose stone chase as they met my needs for the right price. The area is quiet. The place is kept up nicely. The dog park is always cut and cleaned and stocked with pick up bags and clean trash cans. Very nice area. We did need maintenance the first week for a small leak in the kitchen sink and they fixed it all right away and with no hassle. Overall I am very much happy with my choice! The office people are nice and made me feel at home from the very beginning. And that pool. Have you seen that pool?! This place is nice. Quiet. And affordable. Thanks so much to all for making this stressful time (first move) one that is actually enjoyable !

Stone Chase is wonderful to come home to at the end of a long day. I've been very impressed with the management staff, maintenance staff, and care of the property. Communication with the office is excellent and they always make you feel welcome!

Moved in with the apartment - Made ready - “I don’t have time to check for hot water” after these items were discussed w/leasing agents. 1 Apt not ready at time agreed. 2 No Hot Water. 3 No A/C. 4 No Heat. 5 No garbage disposal. 6 No shower (Fixture). 7 Clogged toilet. 8. 2 of 3 Drains clogged. 9 Washing machine broke.

As a yearly apartment hopper, moving wherever my job was, the curse is officially BROKEN with Stonechase as I've signed on for a second year. Even though my current job is across town, I'm so happy with my experience here that it's extremely likely that I'll be signing up for a third year. The office staff treat you as an actual person and not just a unit number, and the maintenance crew are some of the hardest working people that I've ever met.

Application process was super easy, Ive been here a year now and have never had any problems. Staff is always helpful and very friendly! Great place to live

As a habitual apartment hopper, I rarely stay in a place longer than a year. Typically I move around to somewhere closer to my job or school, or the overall quality of living at the apartment is not worth staying longer. This is NOT THE CASE with Stonechase Apartments. My first year had been FANTASTIC!!! Even being located near a high school that does both marching band and football practices, this area is extremely well kept and safe! The office management team is beyond professional, super friendly, they actually know me by name. For someone that's had apartment office personnel recognize me just by apartment number at numerous apartments, this is actually a huge deal! The maintenance crew, the only word to accurately describe them is phenomenal! They really go above and beyond and I've literally NEVER had a problem that they couldn't fix. I'm extremely happy here, and I've signed on for a second year, looking forward to another great year living at Stonechase Apartments!
