Property Ratings at Stone Canyon
If you have a problem that goes above the complex. It will never be solved or handled. 1 customer service person takes care of over 100 properties. They don’t give a dang about the individual. They will break your lease as much as you want but the moment you do there will be recourse. The maintenance man is inappropriate, unprofessional , and just stupid. They fix what they want and leave what they don’t. You can even get express how dirty your apartment was when you moved in have pictures. They still will charge YOU TO CLEAN THE CARPETS even after you already had. I had no electricity in my living room entire time I lived there. They didn’t care. YOU CANT LET YOUR KIDS JUMP IN THE POOL. No jumping in the pool. Screw that pool. It’s hardly ever open as well just because the maintenance person doesn’t want to open it… like I said this place is trash. And they have cars towed like they get a percentage. You can be there for 40 min and they will tow your car. NONE OF YOUR GUESTS VEHICLES ARE SAFE. Oh yeah and the maintenance man wants to know where your pantry drawer is… good luck ????
Love my apartment. Has everything I need. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, ceiling fans, heat and air conditioning. Nice size bathroom and bedroom. Balcony's are spacious and has a storage room. Living room connects to a small dining area that connects to kitchen. Has a pool that is open from spring to early fall. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance is very efficient.
I love living at Stone Canyon! Great location - One block off of the south loop and Bell, and just east of 287. Quick access to anywhere in Amarillo or Canyon. Apartments are only a few years old so they are very nice, clean, well insulated (low utility bills). Maintenance and office staff are very nice. A washer and dryer is furnished in every apartment! Quiet and safe community in Canyon school district.
I recently moved in to these apartment homes and was a bit skeptical since I moved out of an actual home. I was very please at how well maintained everything was. The apartments is large and spacious. I love the clean pool and fitness center. It is also located in a great neighborhood.
