Stone Bridge

We moved out in the summer, the leak was present in February. We also had a leak in the p-trap of nearly every sink, a broken balcony railing that was never fixed, the front gate does nothing for safety, and there were breaking and shootings all the time

Let’s see where I can start. 1.Roach infested and don’t try and do nothing about it 2.left trash by my door to mop my floors going out and fined me $50 3. There gutter flew off there complex and dented my car and scratched it. Did nothing about it. 4. Tried sending us letter saying we owed rent called and asked about it then all of a sudden we were okay we didn’t owe. 5. Call to fix something in your apartment it takes about 2 months to come fix. But yet you see them every day joy riding on the little golf cart. Long story short its management/maintenance not the community! Do not move here!

They show on website master walk in closet. Also double sinks in master bath. But the one they saved for us was for handicap. Two tiny closets in the master bath. Both bathroom doors open against the sink so you couldn’t brush your teeth without shutting the doors. We signed the lease. Got to the apartment and keys wouldn’t unlock it. We knew that was a sign and we backed out. Don’t rent here until you see what you are getting. And it was still nasty and dirty.

When you look at the pictures online, you think small town luxurious right? They give you a tour of one of the amenities furnished and of course it’s nice because nobody lives there and they have no choice but to keep it up. Yea, well that’s not the case. If somebody was living in the apartment before you move in, they will leave it crappy pretty much like the person before left it. If something breaks or never was working from the day you move in , it’s never gonna get fixed unless you constantly complain to them and even then, it still won’t get fixed. They have a very bad pest problem. The neighbors are really inconsiderate for people who live below them and when you go to make a complaint, they don’t care at all. Your best bet is to look over this place.

Should have known better from the start, when I was told I was getting a 2 bedroom on the second floor, they were just waiting on new carpet to be put in, and a month later given a bottom floor apartment with old carpet and a hole in the master bedroom carpet. Then every time something breaks like the washer and dryer. it takes over a month for someone to just look at it and still have to wait to get it fixed. Everytime I call to see when someone is coming fix something I'm told, "I'm gonna put in a work order", and no one ever shows up. I always pay my rent on time, why can't maintenance do their job in a timely fashion. WTH. I strongly WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone.

So many things are broken and the advertised amenities are either out of service or broke. The pool was suppose to be open May 2 and it still looks like an abandoned pool, security gate broken, gym has broken AC, and several of the security light broken. I’m not sure what the problem is or if the property management is aware of these issues but for the price we pay for these apts you would expect a lot more. I hope it gets better in time because at this time it’s a huge disappointment.

Well I have been a resident here at Stone Bridge going on 4 years now. My family and I have enjoyed everything this complex has to offer. I love that they are near everything so I do not have to drive so far. We enjoy the playground that is near our unit so my husband and I can keep close watch on our children. The pool is immaculate. My kids love to go swimming whenever they can and the pool looks like it is resort style. We take advantage that they offer FREE after school care and kids summer program for residents who live here which is great for my husband and I. They get help with homework, after school snacks, and watch movies as well as art projects. The staff is wonderful. Whenever I have a maintenance request, the staff is prompt with getting it taking care of. Maintenance is very courteous. They knock first and address themselves before I answer the door. The business center has a lot of computers in there so you do not have to sit and wait around for some one to finish up and you can print from there too. The computers look like they are set up for privacy so no one can see your information. We take advantage of the fitness center whenever we get a chance which has a lot of machines you can use so you do not have to wait for one and mirrors all around. It has tv's in it as well so you can watch something while you workout. Overall my experience with Stone Bridge has been great. My family and I do not plan on moving anytime soon.

Recently moving into a new apartment 25 minutes from all my family, work and school. Well let me say the apartment is very kid friendly they offer lots of green space, playground, and a swimming pool to accommodate great number of people. Gated Community so I feel very safe and secure also there's a lot of parking so no hassle to park. Very up to date with the latest appliances and layout design lots of space and the way it's built your not sharing a wall with your neighbor so noise is not an issue. Very satisfied :)

Ok so we moved into our apartments 2 years ago. We have had nothing but problems since before we moved in stonge bridge. We had an apartment waiting for us to move in then they gave it to someome else so to move us in they but me my boyfriend at at the time our 4 year old son in a 1 bedroom. It took then a year to finally get us into a two bedroom bc they kept putting new people coming in into the 2 bedeooms insread of given it to us like they was supposed to. We have went threw 7 managers nothing gets done it take maintenance months to comd fix things. We pay 750 a month in rent also these are income based by the way. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone for the fact that this place dosent care about the people that live here if they did they would take care of what we need to have taken care of. We also have a pool here and it stays closed more than its open for people to swim during the summer. This place is ridiculous and a joke if it wouldnt of been we needed a place asap we wpuld of found something else but this was all we could find.
