Property Ratings at Stockdale Garden Villas
Have been living here for the past 3 years and have been living comfortably. Quiet area. Never faced any issues so far, touchwood! Best part is the new Manager Cassandra. She is on top of her game. Had some multiple maintain issues which she helped resolve in no time. Feels good to stay somewhere where someone cares.
Do not move here please. It is very dangerous place to live. My car broken into 3 times. Total damages were $4000. Property management did not do anything. They won’t even any surveillance. The security doesn’t come to the property either.
Very pleased with my resident manager...JULISSA. She is very professional, efficient, kind, personable, caring. I appreciate her attention to detail and following thru with what she says she will do. She is the 1st manager that I have confidence in to take care of my residential needs. When I have concerns or requests, I know she is listening to me and clearly communicates with me. I appreciate her attention to detail. She always calls me back when I leave her a message. She is informative. If she doesn't know the answer to something she finds out. This apartment is very old and dated. Of course, that makes her job even more demanding than newer buildings would be. She does not pass her stressful day onto her renters. THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF US JULISSA !!!
i’ve had 4 other apartments but i never experienced such an amazing manager she’s always there for my needs and makes everything happen. Also apartments are spacious !!
Our place was ROBBED Our apartment got broken into and we could not reach the landlord or complex security. Someone broke in through our window and robbed our place. There is always homeless people in the alley and suspicious neighbors. This is not a safe place to live.
Management fails to keep up with apartments. They prioritize moving people in versus getting any work done for current tenants. Management never calls back or fails to comply with set dates to make repairs. Attempts to charge for everything beyond rent. No active security. Constant break ins and no action taken.
Maintenance for anything takes forever. After almost 8 months, I’m still waiting on my patio door to be fixed. I’ve called, filled a work order through online, emailed and the manager just keeps saying “I will send someone next week”. These apartments need more then just 1 guy to maintenance the place. Another thing is that the hot water comes out milky from time to time, an leaves a red stain in the tub. The apartments look nice from the outside but are old and need a lot of updates.
These apartments are so lovely from the outside but very poorly taken care of management is so negligent

It was never our intention to make you feel like it was a bait in switch, unfortunately we did fall short and failed to deliver an apartment that was up to our normal standard. The supervisor did work to expedite the return of the full deposit paid and you should be receiving that shortly. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and strive to do better in the future.
Carpet was old and had horrible odor. There was holes punched in garage, holes punched in doors inside unit, closet doors were missing, cabinet doors missing in kitchen. Dirty Lysol wipes left in bathroom. Poor management!!!! Very unorganized and horrible at communicating. Juanita showed me a beautiful unit clean new carpet fresh paint. I was aware that the unit was a little old but i at least expected a clean unit. I cannot believe she gave me the keys to this unfinished apartment without advising me that there was still things that needed to be fixed!

I called and over the phone they were very professional they asked questions and right away set me up with a time and day to check out the apartment got there walk in the office and very kindly ask to see the apartment it was jaw dropping everything is remodeled clean my wife and I love the place ohh not to mention the area is beautiful and very quiet
