I have lived here for less than a month. When I moved into my “renovated apartment” my air conditioner didn’t work (still doesn’t) the day I moved in it was over 80 degrees in here. My washer didn’t work. It’s almost impossible to get anyone to email you back. I never got a form to fill out about already broken things, I was never told how to pay my rent, I asked weeks ago where my parking spot is. I got a number and I’ve driven around the entire complex multiple times and I can’t see it anywhere. Luckily there’s a lot of free spots by my place. The floor has a big dip in it and I’ve asked for my screen to be fixed and it’s still not. The swimming pool opened like the day after Memorial Day and then closed a couple days later and then opened again and is closed again. So the summer is in full swing and no pool. The area is nice but it’s not what I expected. Communication is key and there is very little here.

Stillwater continues to be a good place to live. We haven’t had any problems, and we love taking our son to the pond to see the ducks. Proximity to stores is also very convenient

Pretty good! There is a slight sewage-y smell that I can’t get rid of though ?? there was also a bird living in the dryer vent, but they helped me get all of that handled super quick and were really nice about it too :)

I've lived at the complex for 2 years and for the most part, it has been great. My girlfriend and I had our cars broken into and there are always tweakers wandering around the parking lot. But, I have had a pretty good experience and the staff has always been super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this complex to rent from.

Just moved in recently, but so far things have been pretty cool here. We appreciate the quiet, despite the fact that it’s a pretty large community. It also seems really safe, with people frequently walking pets and kids playing around. We also really like the proximity to the gym, groceries, park, etc.

The price for rent is good, but the property isn’t well maintained. It takes forever to get the work that you ask them to do done. When the maintenance people finally do come, they usually don’t fix the problem. So far, that has been my experience.

I've been having problems with my water heater for about 3 weeks now. I've put in about 5 maintenance requests. They have come out and relit the pilot light multiple times. It continues to go out once if not 2-3 times a day. I've told maintenance that they need to replace the water heater or the pilot assembly. They have done absolutely NOTHING to fix the problem!! Totally unacceptable and I most definitely will not be renewing my lease!!

Every thing went smooth moving in. There are a few things that need to be fixed. I did not actually get to see the apartment before I got to move in so I was shocked about not having a lot of storage space. Other than that I think I will love it here.

It's nice living here so far, It's located in a such a convenient area, close enough to cool restaurants and bars. The ducks the live by the pond is one of the main selling points that brought me here. It's delightful to hear them quacking away in the mornings.

Been here almost 2 years now. Everything has been pretty good, except for my girlfriends and my car getting broken into. Other than that, I have no complaints. The office staff had a Halloween party and that was really nice!!

I’ve had a genuinely excellent experience living here. Some of the cabinets and floors are peeling up a bit, but maintenance has been great with the bigger issues. Considering the low price for our apartment, the community is beautiful and the living is great folks

I have lived here for about 2 weeks now, and everything has been great so far. We had a work order that was taken care of quickly, and everyone in the office is nice. The only thing is clearly some residents are not picking up after their dogs.

Such a nice community. Love the area. Lots of things to do and places to eat that are very close. This past summer, really enjoyed the pool as well as the fire pit. Looking forward to being able to go to the gym once it opens as well.

This is a very quiet community at night. I appreciate that. I like that there isn’t a police presence all the time. The apartments are quite nice once all put together. The maintenance men are very helpful and work to help you understand how to fix things yourself.

Very nice neighborhood and calm place Close to center roas for moving to south or north east and west. Food market and gas station close 2 yeas of living most of them peacefully
