Property Ratings at Stewarts Ferry
Paying for amenities we barely get to use. The second bathroom shower has never worked, always cold, no worling vent. The downstairs bathroom barely has light (1/3 works), the toilet seat is broken. We pay for pest control yet have a new infestation weekly. And maintenance opened a whole in the wall in the upstairs bathroom saying it was for the water heater, never closed it, and now bugs keep crawling in from there. And the key they give you barely opens your door.

I lived here for about 2 years. When I tell you that this is the most professional leasing office I've ever dealt with, I mean it. They are kind, Veteran-friendly and actually get to know you. The apartments are nice, the swimming pools are plentiful and the gym is one of the best I've ever seen at an apartment complex. Give them a try. You will be very well pleased.

I love living here. It’s so quiet and my apartment is comfy and cozy. I feel safe coming home at any time. I love the gym and the fact we have one pool open all year round. The office staff are so helpful. If I had to complain it would be that maintenance takes a little long to fix things but they are not emergencies.

New Resident - The moment I called and spoke to Lisa I knew I would enjoy my time living in my new home. I have a lot on my plate with a 4 month old daughter and Lisa was an angel that helped me find exactly what I needed while taking handfuls off my plate to help me during the entire process. She then introduced me to Felicia who just sealed the deal even more, playing with my daughter so I may get move in paperwork done, keeping us both smiling and happy. I was able to meet the head of maintenance, he was great and had an outgoing personality, feeling like I was in good hands to have anything in the future I needed fixed. I had no issues with my leasing process, and look forward to seeing everyone at the property .

Everyone is super nice, my neighbors aren’t noisy or rude, and the amenities are super nice! a 24 hour gym is super convenient! the pond at the front of the property is really pretty and it draws in ducks which is super cute!

Wouldn’t suggest anybody to live here. Staff stinks, maintenance stinks. The whole place stinks. They don’t care about the residence only about money and pay roof has been leaking for years. Do yourself a favor run from this place.

I’ve enjoyed staying here, my first place to call home after moving to Nashville. The entryway is beautiful which is what caught my eye. Very affordable and in close proximity to multiple eateries, shopping centers and more. As all apartments they have their downs but overall great experience living here.

We have loved living at Stewart’s Ferry! The leasing staff is so so kind and even helped us find a way to get cheaper rent! They remember you and always have treats for dogs. Our neighbors are quiet and the tucked away community is great for walking. We have seen deer, ducks, and turkeys. The amenities are great!

Maintenance team basically just puts bandaids on major issues, resulting in issues continuously reoccurring. We’ve been having issues with our roof leaking since 2021. The main issue here is maintenance in my opinion. I work evenings, so I always put “contact first before entering” due to the fact that I usually sleep in later. It’s really off putting that even with that put in, I have still woken up to someone from maintenance literally knocking on my bedroom door. Office staff has been better and are much nicer now. In the past years when we’ve brought up issues with the office and tried to work something out with them, we’ve been told “well if you don’t like it you can leave”. Apartments are old and everything is outdated and floors are uneven. And honestly the turnover rate is insane. It seems every few months we have new neighbors. Overall, the experience here has not been great and at times outright awful. Of course this is all just my own personal experience.

Very convenient as far as location. Pet friendly close to a lot eateries shopping centers great places to rise a family and to relax and kick your feet up.

The staff and people are great. They work hard and do what they can. The price I am paying for what I have is not at all worth it. I am guessing maintenance is understaffed because even issues such as water leaks, it takes at least 72 hours for anyone to come out. I like the community but the poorly maintained place I am renting is a big disappointment. The upside is my father has talked me through fixing things I knew would takes days for maintenance to even acknowledge so I have learned some new skills.

Living here is fairly great. I do wish maintenance would step it up in terms of repairing the outdated units vs slapping cheap Bandaid solutions on things. Also, the bug and spiders are quite bad. Still waiting on maintenance/pest control to reach out regarding my current request. Thanks!

I enjoy living here. I wish that maintenance requests were done in a more timely fashion, it seems like it takes 6 months to get someone to actually look at a problem and they ask us to not put the same maintenance requests in more than once so it’s tough. Other than that, I love the community. I love the amenities. We are both so close to our jobs and to downtown, as musicians this is important. We are able to play our instruments without bothering neighbors, as we live in the townhome section and the walls are thick. I never hear my neighbors either. Very quiet area.

Mostly quiet neighborhood and friendly too. Clean and easy access to different places. It is close to where I work and thus making the commute a heck easier.

All in all great place to be. Walks to the greenway, stores are a short wslking distance from the apts. Good amenities. Wildlife is nice to see, the ducks, deer, turkey's etc.

I love living here. The grounds are beautiful. Wildlife lives to visit. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Staff is amazing! If there is ever an issue, management gets on it right away to find the best resolution. We really enjoy all Stewart’s Ferry has to offer!

I think Stewart’s ferry is a good place to live so far. Maintenance is a little slow. But over all I like living here. Love all the ducks and ponds and pools.

Office staff is always helpful! Neighborhood is cozy! We love living here! Only downside is sometimes it is difficult to get someone on the phone and maintenance can take a bit. Maintenance issues always gets taken care of though!!

I really enjoy living here, the community is great and the neighbors are really respectful and friendly. The only thing that we are struggling with is, we have a cat, and no matter what we do we cannot seem to get rid of the fleas, assumably it is coming from other apartments because we’ve done everything to get them under control.

Upon move-in, we encountered a number of maintenance and health issues with regard to roaches being in the townhome and many items needing to be fixed. The staff has been understanding and helpful, and measures are being taken with pest control to address the roaches. Sadly, our Welcome Home experience was not a good one by any means.

The apartment I’m in is outdated! Needs ceiling repairs. I can see water damage coming from the upstairs apartment. There’s cracks in the ceiling all throughout the apartment. The foundation is no good at all! It seems like there’s a new fee. The carpet in the apartment is depressing. The walk way entrance to my apartment is filthy. I’ve been dealing with pests since I moved in this apartment. The water sewer trash and pest control bill costs too much on top of the rent. The landscaping is beautiful though!

The apartment had several issues from toilet seat not grounded properly and dryer not working. Also roaches in room. The lady in front office is very nice and tried her best but if the apartment is not ready it should not be leased out.

Would be very happy if they would stop raising the rent. If you have good renters, you should try to keep them. Turning over resident all the time doesn’t provide a safe and secure community in my opinion.

Love it here. Great scenery. It's like a resort village. Swam in the pool by the office a few days ago. Met some other residents. They were friendly. Very enjoyable living at Stewart's Ferry Apartments.
