A True Gem – Grateful for Our Time at Stevens Creek Apartments

We had the pleasure of calling Stevens Creek Apartments home for the past two years, and it’s truly been a place we’ll remember with so much appreciation. From the moment we moved in, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—not just as residents, but as part of a real community. The team here fosters a sense of connection that’s rare in apartment living. Through thoughtfully planned resident events, friendly check-ins, and a genuine dedication to making this a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable place to live, they created an environment that felt more like a neighborhood than just a complex. Maintenance requests were always handled quickly and thoroughly, the grounds were beautifully maintained year-round, and the attention to detail—from seasonal decorations to community-building activities—made us feel cared for in ways that went beyond the basics. We’re so grateful for our time at Stevens Creek. If you’re looking for a place that blends professionalism with heart, look no further. This place isn’t just where we lived—it’s where we grew, made memories, and felt truly at home. Thank you to the entire Stevens Creek team. You made these past two years special.

Great Vibe

I've been at Stevens Creek for years, and the staff here is so responsive, it's almost suspicious how fast they fix things. They throw awesome resident events that actually make you want to socialize. This place genuinely makes apartment living easy and fun.

Not good for people with children or a significant other

I’ve lived here almost a year. You are not allowed to have any extra vehicles other than the ONE assigned. Anyone parking in the unassigned spaces must register their vehicle on their phone EACH TIME THEY PARK. There is no street parking for at least two blocks and for no good reason. It’s not like there’s a ton of shops and such around, there is actually NOTHING within walking distance. Any type of night life requires a minimum of a 30 minute plus drive to Portland. If you value time outdoors and exercise, this is not the place for you. They have closed all access to outdoor and gym space even though they advertise it. They aren’t reducing rents even though they refuse to provide the advertised amenities. The provided balcony is so small you can’t even have a chair out there and still open the door to get out to the balcony. This is not a good place to live for children. This place has nothing to offer small people who need to play and breath some fresh air. They have closed all access to outdoor play areas so they expect your child to just sit quietly in a small dark apartment with barely a balcony. People are rude and complain the second your child runs around even when it’s just during daytime hours…. If you want your child to have some exercise and fresh air, do not move them here. The appliances are cheap. The dryer weirdly spews lint onto your cloths with every wash so that even if you don’t have a pet, you will need a lint roller. The hot water heater doesn’t get hot and it’s non-adjustable and the shower is cold after 2 minutes. There is no heat in the bathrooms or kitchen so the majority of the apartment is freezing in the winter unless you buy space heaters. Cold showers and no heat are not my idea of “luxury living.” They advertise AC but it’s a single unit placed in such a way that it doesn’t cool the bedrooms at all so trying to sleep all last summer was a nightmare. It is currently spring so temperature fluctuations aren’t as noticeable, but winters and summers here are brutal. I also have to use the “heavy” setting on the dishwasher each time I wash dishes and it barely gets things clean. The electric stove is temperamental and heats unevenly. The “luxury vinyl” scratches the second you put furniture on it. There is no closet space, you’d think new builders/designers would know Americans these days like ample closet space and a decent balcony, but not the low quality idiot who designed this place! I am so glad my lease is almost up.

Great Place to Live

Moved into Stevens Creek in Spring 2019, and we've enjoyed our time here since. Staff is responsive to maintenance needs, helpful, and communicative with residents. The outdoor storage space in the units are a great size (for us), and there's a lot of storage in the kitchen and master closet, as well. Neighbors here are super nice (one helped us on move in day!) and lots of dogs! Not a ton of noise-related problems, but there are times where neighbors can be heard through the walls (especially the shared bedroom and living room walls). Gave 4 stars because of the parking area. There aren't much visitor stalls, and it can be difficult to find parking closer to your apartment if you get home late. Most stalls are compact; so even more difficult to find a stall if driving a bigger SUV/Truck.

Great staff!

Been here almost a year now, and me and my significant other love it! The prices are great for whats included and how nice the apartments are and location. When we first were looking here we werent sure it was a right fit and almost walked away, however Brittany made sure we found a perfect fit for price and showed us 5 or 6 different apartments to find the one that felt right. (Keep in mind this was when the place was not booked solid, may be a bit different now.) Long story short it's been great, I looking forward to staying here hopefully for a lot longer. I also want to add the staff really tries to bring the tenants together for different holiday events, there is always something going to bring everyone together to add unity to this place.

We love friendly welcoming environment! We have a toddler and the play area and amenities are perfect for our little family!

Would not recommend

All the problems started when management switched to GMC. They have nice people working here, but when it comes to actually doing their job, they don’t resolve any complaints. I’ve submitted complaints for the dumpster overflowing, strangers rustling through the dumpster, loud resident cars, puppies constantly whining in the halls, howling huskies (one resident has 4), parking situations.... and the problems were never resolved, or if they were, there was absolutely no communication in regards to how they were. The apartments themselves are nice because they’re new, but small. There’s not much storage. The messy management with a HUGE lack of communication really justifies why I chose to move elsewhere, with cheaper rent, and more space. The star rating is strictly for the AC. Considered more, then I remembered how often the elevator and key fobs were inoperable.

NICE LOCATION, FRIENDLY COMPETENT STAFF, GREAT AMENITIES, QUALITY CONSTRUCTION THROUGHOUT.

I have lived here since October 2018. The 4 buildings surround a well maintained large parking lot. It is easy to see that some thought went into the overall design, amenities, as well as the "basics" provided. Easy to get from your car to your apartment. No traffic noise etc. It is less than a mile from I-205 and has a great view of the surrounding area. It is a quiet community in a nice neighborhood.
