Great amenities and friendly staff. Would recommend!

I’ve lived here for a year and a half and I really enjoy it. Rent is fair for the service and amenities you get, and maintenance is really quick to fix things.

This place is awesome! The staff and the maintenance guys are always willing to help and fix anything promptly. I highly recommend

I moved out on my own gor the first time a year ago. Sterling Pointe is a great plat to get that kind of start. The prices a great and the property is well maintained. The customer service is very helpful and friendly as well.

I have had a few packages stolen at this apartment complex. Management does not give a crap at all. Lots of people here smoke marijuana and it is so pungent in smell it will permeate into my apartment from next door. Even with doors and windows shut. I wouldn’t care except it somehow spreads into my apartment too and gives me a headache. Management does not care that people smoke lots of weed here.

Lived here going on two years! Management and maintenance are great and very helpful. Apartments are clean and quiet. Very peaceful place to live.

Me and my fiancé just moved in not too long ago and we are in love with the beautiful and unique apartment. We love how fast the oven heats up and how fast the maintenance men help if something needs looked at!

The staff has been wonderful on answering any/all questions I've had! The 1 bedroom apartment is huge. They have an awesome community garden.any issues I've had they have been quick to respond and understanding. I am hoping to be here for a few more years and am very happy to call this apartment complex my home. They keep up with the grounds and have really cool amenities! -Brooke Spruill

My wife and I have been here since 2022. We love the friendly environment and the overall atmosphere with the pretty trees. You don’t feel too much like you’re living in a crammed complex. There are very few inspections as well, so you hardly feel like they’re in the way. Maintenance has been helpful too. The clubhouse is also really clean and has a really nice theater / gym area. I think the only thing this place could do better is having more than one grill for the entire complex, or being less picky about having grills out on the porch. Honestly the best choice of apartments around layton, UT in my opinion. You cant go wrong with a garage plus fireplace option. And dont get me started with the community hub filled with gym, pool tables, Pool plus hot tub and a whole theater (with a mini kitchen) to watch any movie (That you own) with a group of friends or family. Been with them for about 2 years now and looking forward to more. I have not had any problems since moving here. They're really quick to fix things when needed, when things need fixing. -Ian Dos Santos

Been living at Sterling Pointe for 5-6 years with my now husband. We basically grew our relationship and family together in this little apartment. There is newer management since we moved in, but they have really been doing great trying to build a close community here which I enjoy to see. If we ever have a problem, they do really well with addressing the concerns quickly. -Amanda Jenson/Schryver

Management does little to nothing about smoking/drug use. Layton PD/SWAT team raided an apartment here, consistent police activity. Nice apartments, but quite expensive and they keep raising rent. If you don’t mind some of the current residents and have a high budget, I would recommend it.

These apartments are great! The staff is friendly and so easy to work with!

If you have a car with working air conditioning, living inside your car might seem like a more pleasurable experience than living here on those hot Spring and Autumn days. They refuse to turn the air conditioning units on during the Spring and Autumn months regardless of the temperature. Don’t bother trying to call the office with any of your issues, instead put your shoes on, because it’s time to go for a walk. When you get to the office you’ll often see up to three people working who don’t appear to be too busy to have been able to answer the phone. When you finally get to voice your issue to one of the staff, it will likely be batted to the ground. The staff seem to be there to deflect problems rather than to solve them.

This complex is near shopping centers, eateries, the transport line and road get to. The normal territories are very much kept up, similar to the space television/meeting/gathering room. An incredible special reward is the pool, and a very much prepared exercise room. No structure is more than 3 stories. Contingent upon the condo, you will have either a carport or close by secured stopping. There is a lot of guest stopping accessible. The staff is amicable and willing to help with all solicitations. The ideal spot in the event that you need to be near everything - yet at the same time appreciate the calm.

There was Damage Done to the apartments a little over a year ago from there tornado they refuse to lower our rents even though we could not have access to our Apartments fully guaranteed settlements been almost a year never seen settlement. They still have not fixed the roof right our utilities are higher than they should be because nothing is fixed correctly. If you turn in a work order you can guarantee that the work probably will not get done unless someone goes down there and actually gets in their face to ask them why it's still not done you will wait months on end. They refuse to let you know when packages have been delivered for you you better hope you know when they were supposed to be delivered. Maintenance people are constantly fighting to get the things they need to fix these apartments while management refuses but yet they are more than willing to spend money to landscape their office instead of helping those with the money they owe for what we went through during the tornado. You are unable to count on promises the office staff gives. When they sign for packages for you and then they loose them there is no accountability. Quite a few of its had medication stolen out of our apartments even though thru found out who did it there was no apology or gesture made for what went on. They will not work worth you on anything once you move in, especially when things are needed to be done. The assistant manager is a corporate yes man and will look you in the eyes and lie to you.

Sterling pointe is a great introduction to an apartment, not too pricey but lessons on how apartment complexes work. Maintenance is rude and makes inappropriate comments in addition to not being available at all times. The office never answers the phone if you need something. They place notices outside your door so any passing neighbors can see if you're late on rent or if they're changing the lease terms again. Parking is a nightmare. Each apartment gets one parking space or garage within reasonable walking distance from the apartment. Good luck if you have a second car. Over all it's a decent size for the price as long as you get one of the better units. But be ready for the roller coaster management is seemingly always on.

This complex is close to shopping malls, restaurants, the bus line and freeway access. The common areas are well maintained, as is the loft tv/meeting/gathering room. A great added bonus is the pool, and a well equipped workout room. No building is over 3 floors. Depending on the apartment, you will have either a garage or close by covered parking. There is plenty of visitor parking available. The staff is friendly and willing to help with all requests. The perfect place if you want to be close to everything - but still enjoy the quiet.

The courtyard is a large grassy area with trees and a clubhouse, pool/hot tub and gym. It is a relatively quiet bubble in the middle of Main Street. My apartment itself is a little small with carpet that is wearing out and it is fairly easy to hear the neighbors if they are noisy. For the most part the landscaping is well done and maintenance responds the same day for emergencies or the next day for non emergencies.
