The first thing you'll appreciate about Grove City is its excellent location -- it's on the southwest side of Columbus, bordering I-270 and with I-71 located on the city's east side. With commutes to Downtown Columbus taking just 15 minutes, Grove City apartments are perfect for commuters. But once you start exploring, you'll quickly realize there's much more to love about Grove City than your commute time.
With Ohio State University just 10 miles away, college sports fans will appreciate being able to cheer on the Buckeyes at Ohio Stadium. Art lovers will appreciate the Short North Arts District, the Sommer House Gallery, and the Little Theatre off Broadway (paranormal enthusiasts will enjoy learning about the theater's ghost). Parents will appreciate the excellent schools and numerous parks, and history buffs will love the beautiful historic sites.

Property Ratings at Sterling Park Apartments
For this to be a first impression I am very dissatisfied. I attempted to visit this property because I'm intrested in a one bedroom apartment and no one is here and it is 4:15 p.m. on a Saturday. The sign outside clearly states that this facility is open until 5:00 p.m. and no one is available to open the door in it is locked. Not a place I would want to live if you do not stay open until the posted hours. A resident even told me that this is not a first time thing. VERY DISSATISFIED!
I've lived here for 2 years and love the area. I have had no trouble at all: fast maintenance (though there is only one guy), friendly neighbors and a safe area (which is important to me as a single gal on her own!) The apartment itself is very nice--the one big drawback is that the windows constantly have condensation on them and if you don't wipe them down weekly it creates a mold issue, which they tell you after the contract is signed (in the welcome packets). I am moving out as it getting a bit expensive for me-- average of $950 a month including the water, sewer, cat fee, and trash removal. The electricity is not too bad in the summer, but I like it warm. The highest electric bill I've had was $110 when the outside temp was in the single digits for most of the month. Staff are okay-- before Fairfield took over management I liked the staff better, but now they're just okay. Not a nightmare like I've experienced before, but just not friendly.
