Good location, amenities are nice when they're clean and working, maintenance staff is pretty good, community events are nice. Parking lot is difficult and spaces are small, some building exteriors need work.

The community here feels right. The new management team has a lot of things to fix from previous staff, but they are tackling the problems every day. This is a beautiful place to live. The communication from office staff is so much better…actually being listened to , hopefully the property will continue to be one of the best places to live in Nashville.
The first team here was amazing, and after they left the care for the community really fell off. Once they were sold to Rangewater, we were understandably nervous, but I can say that since Rangewater has taken over, everyone we have spoken to and come in contact with has been incredible. They are competent, responsive, helpful, and always striving for the best possible outcome of the situation. The package room is more secure and accessible for the carriers, the hallways are cleaner, and the team is fantastic! Thanks everyone for being so awesome and really putting your best foot forward with this acquisition and making us feel like you care!
Parking is never good sadly and the golf simulator never works. All other amenities are very top notch. Other than that great place to live!

Love the community and the area. The leasing office has been great and I’ve had no major issues since I’ve been here. Maintenance requests also get handled in a timely manner. I wish the package system was a little updated but that is a minor problem.

So far so good! I’m really excited to be living here and can’t wait to see what events they host and what activities they might have in store. Also excited to use the gym as well!
Overall satisfied with my experience. We have lived here for almost a year . Rent is high but that’s everywhere in Nashville. The facility is new and the amenities are great. I like the increase in community events. The community is cool and friendly. I wish the dog owners would clean up their poop more. But for the most part no complaints.
Amazing and clean place to be, our bby can be anywhere safe and happy. The pool and the rest of the areas are beautiful to share with friends
To preference, I moved in at a really busy time of the year, week after July 4. I had some issues with my unit upon move-in but thanks to the assistance property manager, Tiffany, we were able to get our unit in the condition we expected when we signed. The property is fantastic. Great views, great people, and all in all a terrific experience for the last two months. Big shoutout to the head of maintenance, Deligah, for fixing our AC in less than an hour after it turned off for a failsafe. This property does care about each resident's experience, and I can truthfully say they have turned our initial impression around with the team's dedication to providing us an amazing experience.

I’ve been here a couple of months. Love it so far! Management has made this transition great, love the community events. I gotten to know a few of my neighbors from that. Maintenance is typically fast.
I have not even been there a week yet but what a wonderful experience I’ve had so far. They worked and communicated with me all through the application process and the place was so clean and ready for me upon arrival. 5 days in I’m pretty excited about my choice!

we’ve had a lot of issues since moving in: multiple car break ins, dog poop everywhere, noisy neighbors, parking lot full of snow and ice, fire alarms going off randomly very late at night, incessant fruit flies due to plumbing, loud maintenance/lawn work being done prior to 8am, lack of communication, high turnover of employees, neighbors who let their dog urinate in the hallway, spotty valet trash service… just to name a few. the apartments are nice and location is convenient, but overall, our experience has been poor.

Our trash doesn’t get picked up when it’s supposed to be and there isn’t enough parking but the pool is really nice as well as the golf simulator but that is usually broken

My experience started off fine in 2023. Since then, management has changed twice. We have gone through 3 different management companies and it seems the original when I first moved in was the best. There have been leaks to occur in units that breed mold. They have made monetary changes to your signed lease without any consideration of your budget & also not upholding their end of the contract you agreed to in the beginning. They will change any part and charge you more regardless of initial agreements. There have been FREQUENT vehicle break ins & good luck getting them to file the police report for the property. I’ve almost been hit in my car by another resident in the parking driving recklessly. All in all, we pay too much to not receive service that matches the expenses.

Also, we do take pride in making sure that all work orders are taken care of quickly and efficiently. As far as police reports go, we cannot make police reports on behalf of other parties. Nashville has grown in size and unfortunately crime is everywhere. But we do hope that our community is one where the neighbors will take the initiative to look out for each other.
The amenities are great and the leasing office was very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the finishes in the apartment and i can’t wait to make it my own.

My experience has not been great. I had to wait a year to access amenities. I have had my car broken in multiple times. I have had packages stolen. I have been told that I must pay for a water filter personally to have it changed. Would not recommend.

Apartments are very nice inside and have overall enjoyed living here! The biggest downside is parking, even being a resident who paid extra for my own spot, I had a lot of trouble with other residents parking in my spot. The hallway floors really need a deep clean too. Other than that, it’s a great place to live.

This is a good apartment, I don’t love the way our balcony is up against another apartments children’s park. The walls are thin and we’ve had some leaks.

We will not be renewing our lease. We were incredibly excited to move in here… new units, great staff, fun amenities. It all - within several weeks of us living here - changed and went down hill. The amount of issues within the complex; staff/management incredibly unkind and dismissive, cops are here on a weekly (if not daily) basis, parking is limited and spots are tiny, mail room is a disaster, unit maintenance is almost nonexistent, etc. New is not always better. Save your money and get a much nicer one.

The building is clean and I love that it is a secure building. Some of the parking sport are pretty tiny, but the majority of the tenants are respectful and park within the lines as best as possible. The pet cleaning station comes in very handy as well!

Most of these reviews are because they sent us out a mass message to rate them 5 stars for free Starbucks or food. The management team is horrible. There is no communication. Didn’t notify us of elevator being down for a week. Sauna does not work. And parking is worse than downtown New York City. Do not move here. Spend your money elsewhere!

The apartments are safe and nice. I enjoy the gym. I haven’t had any issues with my apartment. I think the wifi company needs to be reevaluated due to the constant connection issues.

Mail room consists of every residents packages stored together with little to no organization. My last package is no where to be found. Did someone take it? Is it lost in the clutter? Did it ever make it? Need a better system. Beyond that and the parking issues, everything else is great. Luxury style apartments with many safety features.

I have overall enjoyed living here. The price and location are fantastic. The only complaints are parking (lack of ample spaces for guests) and people refusing to pick up their animal’s waste.

This property has potential. It was wonderful when I first moved in but has drastically gone downhill since the original property staff all left shortly after. I’m constantly being told that my concerns aren’t falling on deaf ears but that is simply untrue. The new staff simply does not care about any of the paying residents, only the prospective ones. The grounds are a mess, my neighbors don’t follow the lease rules (dog waste covering the grass and unleashed pets galore/smoking/etc), and maintenance doesn’t listen to requests as I’ve specifically asked them not to enter my home without my consent and they have done so 3 times! Great location but that’s the only positive thing I have to say.

It’s really nice! Just needs a security gate at entrance. The apartment itself is huge!! Great price for Nashville. It’s Lova near a lot of shops and food options

So far so good living at the Sterling has been somewhere I've always wanted to reside since their opening. My only complaints would be the random fees that continuously occur and the lack of residents picking up their dogs poop.

Absolutely love living here! Very quiet but yet very active. Love the common area and still close to Nashville! My pup also loves sitting on the patio watching everything all day!

Nice place. Inconsistent grounds cleaning (stairs and walkways). Some inconsistent amenities upkeep. Great location. Nice grounds in general.
