Property Ratings at Sterling Creek Apartments
This property doesn't like to return security deposits in time allotted for by the City of Independence in the state of Missouri. Trying to reach someone at the office is fairly impossible and they do not return phone calls. Getting in may not be a problem but leaving and getting deposit returned for me has been a major issue. As of June 1, 2018 I am still having problems with this company. Filing small claims lawsuit against them and turning over information to the Secretary of State's office because even they had a problem trying to give me information on this company. Dug and dug until I found the info I needed. Thank you Secretary of State Office for all of your extra help. Beware of this company's business practices
