Off the shores of Percy Priest Lake, Smyrna/ La Vergne is an area in Rutherford County convenient to Nashville, which is located 20 miles north. Interstate 24 and Highway 41 run through the neighborhood, providing easy access to the big city and beyond. Sterling is super nice, quiet, clean and most of all safe! Safety is very important since I do have children myself. It's the best experience I've had! Everyone is very nice, they show they care about us residents! I'd highly recommend living here even if its just for the experience I promise you wont regret it!

It’s a great place to live. Although I will say it’s kinda disappointing the pool area has been closed for months and months. Even during the fall weather, I always enjoyed having a lounge chair outside near the pool to sit outdoors and read my novels in the fresh outside air. Being that we live in a parent complex, having a nice outdoor area to relax in is a big part of enjoying where you Iive. Besides that, all other aspects of living here are good. I even recommended a friend/coworker to move in to Sterling back in December! And so far, he is loving his new apartment unit. He talks about all the positives while we are at work almost daily!!!

Awesome team that gets all my needs handled. I have nothing bad to say about any of them. I enjoy living here and I also like that they’re pet friendly. (To an extent. No Dobies sadly..) Sterling has beautiful walking grounds and is in a great location to reach anything on Sam Ridley in less than 10 minutes even with traffic

0/10, Would not recommend. I am not sure how long other commenters have lived at Sterling, so I question their validity. I lived here for 2 years through various management/staff changes and can tell you that things went downhill. Here are just a few issues that I had while living there. 1. I was told there was a crack in my bathtub causing a leak in the unit below me. Maintenance and a company they contacted to assist with the issue entered my unit over 6 times and the issue persisted for over 3 months. I was told not to use my shower for weeks and that I could shower in the unit down the hall. Weeks later, they find out that the leak was caused by the AC system. NOT THE TUB. 2. There were over 10 cars broken into about 6 months ago. After calling the police, I went to the office and spoke with Rawan to see if other residents had reported the incident to the staff. I was told "Yes, we heard about it. It could happen anywhere and you should get a garage." 3. I went without a working trash can for about 6 months and was repeatedly told they would order more cans, to no avail. 4. Be prepared to climb steps as the elevator is often inoperable and for multiple days if it happens on the weekend. 5. If you're still considering living here get a unit on the top floor, because the walls and ceilings are paper thin, and management does nothing to resolve noise complaints. (even if you work from home) 6. I moved in with a host of issues listed on my move-in checklist, keeping the unit in pristine condition only for them to keep my deposit and be charged for things that should be done when a new person moves in. I moved from Smyrna to Las Vegas and contacted the office to see when I could expect the deposit back. I was told to email my current address and expect the check within 30-45 days. $300 to clean the bedroom carpet that I left no stains in. I am single with no pets or children.

I loved Sterling at Stonecrest apartments when I first moved in 2020, but I no longer deem the property safe. My neighbors are not friendly, extremely noisy, and unclean. I no longer recommend Sterling at Stonecrest to non-residents.

The staff is very friendly and the amenities are good. The floor plan is very nice for the unit I picked. I enjoy the higher ceilings as well as adequate lighting. Everything was clean upon arrival and staff helped with anything I needed upon move in

My boyfriend and I recently moved into these apartments at the beginning of January and so far it been amazing! All the staff has been so helpful and welcoming, which was beyond a blessing because we moved here from out of state. They made sure that when we arrived on move-in day that our apartment was perfect! Also, if you’re looking for a place to live that has a lot to offer this is definitely the one for you. They have several activities in the game room. Such as a pool table, ping pong table, a movie theater and even a golf simulator. Makes for a great at home date night and we don’t even have to leave our home. This hands down was the right place for us!

The place is beautiful. I love the amenities, but if you have an issue it will not get resolved. I have 2 issues right now with my bathroom showers in the guest and owner’s suite. The issue in the guest bathroom has existed for months. I have an unruly upstairs neighbor that is a nuisance. I have filed at least 10 or more noise complaints nothing has changed. I wouldn’t suggest living here.
So far I have enjoyed living here, and there have been no major issues.
Walked through on a tour and management made this place to be amazing. Said you’d have a community view and made us believe we would have a view of the community and pitched us on a pool area through the whole tour. On move in we were very far away from the pool. (Their community is the whole property). PLEASE ASK AND SEE WHERE YOUR APARTMENT IS BEFORE HAND. On move in they gave us our keys and didn’t do any more, we wondered building to building looking for our apartment and never told us about our place. No walk through, no walk tour to our place on move in or anything. Was a terrible experience moving in to this apartment
Sterling is and amazing place to live I love it here only been her 2 months and I’m already planning on sign back when my lease is up
My husband and I feel like we live at a luxurious resort with all of the amenities offered, while still feeling at home. I would recommend this property to anyone searching for a new place to live.
Great place to live, very peaceful and a lot to do in this community just hope the rent doesn't go up anymore.
Sterling at Stonecrest apartments has great amenities but poor management. They rarely communicate with you in the resolution of your concerns.
I love living here. Everything about these apartments are nice. The staff is really kind and helpful. The only thing I am not a fan of is the paint on the walls. Ever time you so much as touch it it leaves a mark. I thought it would be something a Mr Clean magic eraser would fix, however the paint is so thin and chalky it requires a touch up for each little spot. It’s so bad that I had to ask maintenance for my own container of touch up paint to make the touch ups myself. Other than that this is a FAB place to live!!!!!!
