Travis did a great job completing my work order. He went above and beyond. Steeplechase is a great place to live. Office staff is Wonderful. Dustin is doing a great job as our new property manager. He's so friendly and truly cares about . Steeplechase residents and the property. Dakota is so nice to chat with and listens to residents concerns and issues.

Mgmt/Maintenance They rectify any repair issue almost immediately. My dryer showed it was working but not in every cycle. They brought over a new one immediately after made aware the dryer isn’t working. Thanks

Wonderful community and place to live! I loved living in Steeplechase. The amenities, the staff along with the beautiful surrounding make this complex feel like a warm hug. Highly recommend. Only left because of job relocation.

Living at Steeplechase for 7 years I loved living at Steeplechase Apartments, the location is close to the mall, and it was close to where I worked as well. The parking lots are well lit, so feeling unsafe was never an issue. The people in the office were super friendly and always helpful, the maintenance department was always there to fix things when needed. When we moved in and my mom needed a handicap parking space, they provided one for he. The only reason I gave you a 4 was because the rent was getting higher and higher, that is why we decided to purchase our own property. Steeplechase Apartments are a great place to live.

Efficient and thorogh We've only had great experiences. The maintenance is thorough and efficient. Seriously, they have been quick to resolve any issues we've had.

A Wonderful Place to Live I was working in Bloomington for a year and had a one bedroom apartment at Steeplechase. It was a great home away from home. The office staff was friendly and available, responsive to my requests and always ready to assist if needed. The maintenance staff was prompt in any repairs which were needed. The grounds are well manicured with beautiful landscaping and the residents were all friendly and respectful of one another. The apartments are located in an area that is easily accessible and convenient to shopping, the university, and schools. Such a welcoming environment for dogs! A small dog park and even an area to wash pets. I want to thank the staff and community for a wonderful year and highly recommend Steeplechase for families or single occupants..

Amazing Apartments Steeplechase Apartments were just amazing. Fantastic modern, comfortable & spacious. The grounds were kept so nice and looked incredibly beautiful and all the staff at Steeplechase were lovely friendly and so so helpful. I would one million percent recommend Steeplechase Apartments.
