The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Station West
If I could give this place a half star I would. After almost 12 months of living here our apartment has flooded an average of ONCE A MONTH! Station west is well aware of this chronic issue and has done absolutely nothing to fix it. Calling maintenance at 10:30 at night is “complying with their policy.” According to our neighbors the flooding in this apartment and the one next to it has been happening for over 2 years and multiple prior residents have had to move out in the middle of their lease because of it. Station west does not return our calls about this issue and have offered us absolutely no compensation for the damages done both to our belongings and the apartment. THIS WATER IS SEWAGE AND TOXIC!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE! I promise you this is the worst place I have ever lived in my life. A waking nightmare and a constant headache. Our neighbors moved out a few months ago due to the same flooding issues and Station West would only let them out of their lease early if they agreed to sign a non disclosure agreement! It is SINISTER AND DISGUSTING!! I promise you are better off paying a little more money somewhere else, as this apartment will cost you a lot of time, money, replacement of property and your sanity.
would not wish this place on my worst enemy. If you love cleaning raw sewage out of your bathtub multiple times this is the perfect place for you! Do you love checking into a hotel in the middle of the night because you can't stay in your apartment? Do you love not having a working toilet for days at a time and not being able to get anyone to call you back? I'm currently sitting in my flooding kitchen as I write this! This management company has taken zero responsibility for moving people into an apartment they know has massive plumbing issues because it's been happening for years according to my very nice neighbors who warned me when I first moved in. It might be on the cheaper side but trust me it is not worth it. Live ANYWHERE else.
I lived here for a year and a half and recently moved out. The property manager is a grown bully and could not care less about the residents. He is disrespectful and heartless. My windows did not lock and a couple of them would fall out. He wouldn't fix. My heat quit working and they brought me a space heater rather than fix it. The complex (and surrounding complexes) are very noisy. The A/C only helps if you are sitting in front of it. Also, there are no dishwashers or laundry facilities in the units. They have 3 washers/3 dryers for the whole complex and at least one of them is not working at any given time. The basement level apartments (and storage area) have a tendency to flood. Just be aware. Don't pay extra for storage that will flood! I was able to find a condo close by with 2 BR and 2 BA, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central heat and air and windows that actually work right. For the same price I was paying for that Wadsworth Station dump! So happy to be out of there!!!
I stayed with friends and loved it. It's a nice place tucked away next to the light rail. Wood floors and central air and heat made me fall in love.
