Station On Pineview

Great place, been here 3yrs. We’ve had our ups and downs with our neighbors but nothing serious. Just a beautiful place to be in and very quiet. Great place for the dogs to walk around and I love hearing the kids play out front. I have a 3 month old now so listening to the little ones play, I can’t wait for Luca to be able to do the same.

There is a law about noise after a certain time at night so neighbors below us need to be courteous and respectful of that. People do have jobs and kids and need their sleep. That’s all my saying!!!

Things have been decent over the last one and a half years! Some minor issues but all around good place with great management. I enjoy the neighbors.

Constant loud music every evening.... so loud that you can feel it in your apartment.... Nobody seems to care..... But hey, at least the rent keeps going up!

Love it here! Office is responsive and helpful along with the maintenance service is timely. The community is quiet for the most part and plenty of amenities are offered.

The maintenance and office staff do a great job to meet the needs of the priority. There have been many improvements and seem to be turning the property around.

The Station on Pineview is a great place to live. I have been here since October and I do not have any complaints! The grounds are kept clean and nice and maintenance attends to service requests quickly. Everyone is very nice, and it’s nice to have neighbors that say hello. I love that kids can play outside, on the playground or the soccer court. I am so glad I chose this apartment complex for my home!

We are moving into our new home tomorrow! Super excited! We have been here since 2023 and we love it here. Nice and peaceful community. Very calm

Absolute dream getting situated and set up with the system. We walked through together and our office staff made us feel right at home! Plus our daughter instantly approved of the community park!

It’s been great! Staff is nice low noise great amenities we just need to get an updated laundry room … those hardly work and only one or two of them are running.

I have had a wonderful year in a half in my apartment. There is not many complaints. The laundry room needs a bit of work as in all the washers should be working everytime. But the neighbors I have are so very nice. And I like to be able to get along with my neighbors. I would recommend this apartment complex to all my friends and family.

So far it is amazing! And I really love the building that I was placed in and the people in that building all seem very nice! I like that it is off to the side of the other buildings because it seems to be more quiet where I am.

I've been here about 6 years for the most part I have enjoyed staying here except for the loud barking dogs and the problem I have the most is the people above me when they step on the floor I can hear everything the walls and the ceiling is so thin I guess I can hear everything so but other than that everything has been great

As a resident of the station on pineview I feel that making the choice to move into this residence has been a great positive change Especially with having such great office attendants and clean facilities

I like it here. Nice and clean. Not the highest of quality for the price but it’s doable until you can find something better and in your price range. The staff is friendly and they do work with you for the most part which I love because life is hard right now and a lot of people are struggling and that’s what I appreciate the most about living here.

Winter is coming. Very nice and quiet pool stays open year round but is not heated. There is a new gym and pet washing station. The stray cats have seemed to move on.

I enjoy living here, but don't enjoy the lack of laundry space. A larger space needs to be added so that more people can access it and the washers and dryers need to work

I just moved in last week and the entire experience has been wonderful. From communicating with the management office to touring the unit it has been seamless.

Very quiet community, fast service with maintenance, and many amenities to enjoy. There’s a pool, playground, dog park, laundry site, and walking paths.

I love my new apartment. The application process was easy. The leasing staff, especially LaShaunda, answered my quotations in a timely manner and guided me every step of the way. When my move-in day came, and I was sick, she was super accommodating. I am so glad to have found my home and I look forward to being a long time resident!

This year was awful with the pool not even open for a month , lashaunda has been so rude in the office multiple times . The people who moved upstairs for the past two months have been so loud my kids have had trouble sleeping on school nights. Have heard so much inappropriate stuff from them for months . I can’t even believe I am paying to live here !

I’ve been here 3 months so far! It’s a wonderful community, I was welcomed with open arms pretty much! Everyone around is so nice. Especially the office ladies.

I have enjoyed living here for the past year. I am so close to everything including my family. They live right down the street from me. Our community is very much kid friendly and pet friendly.

The landlord are some of most kind people to work with they listen and try to understand all your point of concerns the maintenance dept are there when you need them with total respect lve not had any bad encounters with the neighbors l feel comfortable in my surrounding l truly feel blessed to be with a great outfit

Community is a great community I love it it's very peaceful and very neat and clean, I will I'm surprised at how neat and clean that the parking lot is and I'm just proud to be a part of this community

Perfectly located in the heart of Kernersville, close to all events and local businesses, and facilities have friendly events and support of their own here. Staff and maintenance are always a welcome pleasure to work with and you can sense the comraderie and support here . I only wish to a positive influence and remarks here but the issue of standard of living was a serious regard to me as I had my children living with me for a time and if was not desperate to to just have them near me I do not believe I would have stayed here as I am a home owner forced to find a place to stay if I was ever to be allowed that time w/ them. Even still I am ever grateful for being allowed here as I have more than enjoyed the sense of family more than anything during my stay I am humbled by it. Retired Army sgt Labadens

Good very safe quiet environment, great place to be that’ll make you feel like home. Nice staff, friendly community. Good people, Beautiful area.

The maintenance and office staff are responsive to issues that arise. The management is making efforts to improve the property. There are areas for kids to play.

I think it is a very good and clean environment to live in. Everyone here is very nice and welcoming. It's also very quiet and so many fun things to do. The pool is a big hit for my kids!

It is a reliable place to live. there are many games for children and a very large park the customer service is very good. The rent is very comfortable.

We got moved in pretty quick! Maintenance stays on top of things that we’ve needed done so far. It’s a peaceful and nice environment to stay in as well.

During my first weeks of living here, I’ve enjoyed very much the peace and friendliness of my neighbors, and the fact that it’s located so near local businesses and the downtown area makes it so comforting for a good walk to explore those nice places around the area

Nice upgrades to the property. New grounds crew mowing. Maintenance is responsive to request. Office staff is very nice and responds to issues.

My experience has been good so far. The pool and hammocks are so nice. Not everybody is all that friendly but the office staff is absolutely amazing.

i only been living here for three months and the people and staff are very friendly/helpful. i’m happy that i found this place. the process of getting this place was easy and as long as you pay your bills on time you shouldn’t have any issues.

Nice enough for the price. Some community members are highly disrespectful to the folks around them. Sometimes response to service requests take a really long time.

Nice place very friendly, dogs love it the back gravel area for nice long walks. Beautiful in this area, especially the bench area just wish we had our dumpster back

Just moved in, ladies in the office were wonderful and made everything so easy and quick. So far it has been nice, everyone I have met so far is friendly and it is a quiet area.

I love it out here just slight little problems nothing major. Its quiet, the kids make my day when i see them and the neighbors are nice! But over all its different for me.

Neighbors have been wonderful and supportive during my recent surgery and recovery. The office staff always professional when I have called them.

It's very pleasant living here Everyone seems to be respectful and about there on business an on the watch for non residents that may cause trouble to the community

There has been lots of improvements over the past year. Patio and deck updates. Lawn care is very professional. Staff is willing to listen and address issues as needed.

We love the location and the neighborhood. But we have had problems with the neighbors downstairs making noise all throughout the night. And the washers and dryers not working properly; taking out money and not getting out refund.

it’s a great neighborhood to live in. A lil costly for 2 bedrooms though. It’s be better if they had more washers and dryers to use for the whole apartment complex.

Poor build quality, bad pain job. (inside) doors dont fit frames, poor insulation, single pane windows, bad carpet job, water damage in multiple areas, (outside) drafty doors, overall very poor quality for the price

I'm very happy living here, the staff is great, friendly and efficient. Rent is reasonable and I have nice neighbors. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This for the most part is a good place to live. It got good places to walk your dogs. I just wish that more people would pick up behind their dogs.
