The entire development is always kept clean and the staff is always there to help. The onsite maintenance team is the best! Love this place.

Must love dogs! Have lived at Station 117 for four years. I feel it’s a safe, well taken care of apartment complex. It is quiet. Plenty of parking. Beautiful landscaping. Facilities include a gym, pool, grills and a meeting room. Monthly activities offered to get to know your community. It is close to major highways with a cute walkable downtown area. There is a beautiful library and a small college.

I had some growing pains coming in, but the place is very nice. The staff is accommodating and the maintenance is phenomenal and my dog loves it here.

The team continues to be very quick to provide assistance, and it's good to see the property curb appeal constantly improving. Maintenance team is incredible.

Just when I can’t imagine what else Station 117 can do for the residents - along comes Resident Appreciation Week. A different special event for us each day! From plants to food to Custom Beverages, really does feel special. I’m very happy with the ongoing routine maintenance. Frequently repainting heavily used areas and keeping up with carpet cleaning. The Best place to live.

Absolutely love living here! The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are amazing and the staff is phenomenal. Hannah and Reygan are always there to answer any questions or concerns I have. They are truly the best! AJ is incredible - always remembering the little things like our dog or asking about our daughter. You can tell that everyone here truly cares!

We love the apartment! It was very clean when we moved in and everyone is very friendly. Met great neighbors already. Cannot wait to use the gym and pool as both are awesome !! Reygan never stopped looking for a garage for us and we ended up with one near our building entrance.

Going on three years now that I have lived here. I have made some wonderful friendships. Great neighbors too. Maintenance is quick to respond. All staff encountered are friendly and professional. Warm weather is best when you can sit on your deck or go to the pool. Grounds are beautifully landscaped. Trash is picked up every week. Plenty of parking.

My fiancé and I love living at Station 117! The complex is safe, you don't hear any of the street traffic and the unit itself is great. We love using the amenities, especially the pool and outdoor space in the warmer months. The gym and common area are awesome too!

The end of this month will mark 4 years I’ve been at home at Station 117. That alone speaks to how happy I am here. The people and dogs I’ve met, the great staff, the ongoing maintenance to keep everything looking as good as the day I moved in. I feel proud to have people visit me and enjoy the amenities.

We have lived here for 2 years now and what drew us in was how dog friendly this complex is. Our dog is 90lbs and finding a place to take him was tough (he’s a very large labrador). Not only do they allow larger breeds here but they love him! Maintenance plays fetch with my dog when they come for repairs! The staff at the leasing office are so incredibly kind and efficient! We love living here.
