State Street Station has superstars running the show. Gary, Shelby, and the rest of the crew are completely invested in the community, making State Street Station the perfect place to live. After renting in many other places, this has been the best experience with attentive management, cleanliness, and a caring community. The attention to detail is unparalleled, and the location can't be beat. Definitively recommended!

In my 5 months of living here so far I have been extremely pleased with the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the building, and how quickly my work orders have been completed. I absolutely love the location, the amenities, and how nice the actual apartments are. I also really enjoy that there are building events every month!

I’ve had the pleasure of living in my current 1bed/1bath for the last 2.5 years and I have absolutely loved it! It’s conveniently located near many restaurants and shops, a few grocery stores within 2miles, above an orange theory (but the apartment also has a good sized gym). My neighbors and apartment staff are friendly and helpful! The community is safe. The building units are relatively new and very clean. There are also montly community events that are hosted by the apartment staff which is a nice way to get to know people living in the building. I made my move to Milwaukee during the pandemic without having seen this apartment in person and I would 100% choose this apartment if I had to re-do my move!

I've only lived at State Street Sation for 4 months but I would definitely recommend. The staff is incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. Everything is kept clean and I love all the amenities. I am happy with the choice to live here.

State Street Station facilities are very well kept and clean. The location is perfect right next to the Tosa Village. Restaurants, grocery stores, malls, and downtown Milwaukee are only a few miles away. Really can't get a better deal and all the services. This is the only apartment I've stayed at since moving to Wauwatosa (for 3 years now), but have not had a reason to leave. Maintenance staff are quick and helpful, any issue has been resolved or fixed in a matter of days. They also are fond of doing little fun events, raffles and giveaways, which have been much appreciated benefits that they did not have to do. I have felt safe and secure especially during 2020. Only inconvenience were occasional building wide fire alarms late at night but better to be safe than sorry, and the fire department/police are only a few blocks away. Lived in a one bedroom apartment and the balconies, and full floor-to-ceiling windows were a big plus, along with the in-apartment washer and dryer. The other comment I can make is to try take advantage if there are any special deals on rent and try to take advantage of all the amenities, which are very nice. Hope this is helpful.

Moved here in October and love it. I would recommend it to anyone. I love the latte machine, gift wrapping station, diverse age groups in the community and the quality of both the apartment and the service. 5 stars!

I have loved living at state street station for the last 4 months. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and all the amenities are great. My favorite is the fireplace is the courtyard! The whole building is always extremely clean. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Tosa!

I’ve lived at State Street Station for 3 years with my family do 4 and 2 dogs. It’s been a great place to live and has been very convenient. Great location and great manager.

A wonderful place to live! Apartment layouts are functional and modern, lots of overhead lighting in the kitchen/living space. I love the courtyard in the warmer weather for grilling or getting some sunshine. The gym has plenty of equipment and I love that it overlooks State Street! The parking garage is a huge plus--I never have to scrape snow off the car. The staff members are all so friendly and nice. Maintenance requests are completed in a very timely manner. Plus, the location of SSS and proximity to many restaurants is so great!

The units at state street are modern, quiet, and spacious. The amenities of the common area are great for entertaining and the 24/7 gym is a great plus. For the price point in the area State Street is the apartment to choose. I am so satisfied with my experience I will be renewing for another year!

I moved into SSS in August and have been so impressed with their exceptional service. The entire staff is very personable and each individually go above and beyond to contribute to the resident experience. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly and thoroughly, common areas are kept neat and clean, the property amenities are top notch and the resident outreach through events or continuous communication make you feel like you're truly a part of your "home". I highly recommend this community for anyone looking in all stages of life.
