In our search for a San Diego apartment, Stanza Little Italy, was not the cheapest. It did, however, have the best balance of location, quality and amenities. The floor plan we were able to choose really works well for us. The staff really adds a lot to the experience being very personable, approachable and responsive. The community is well maintained, quiet and professional. We feel really good about our choice to live at Stanza Little Italy
Overall it’s a great place to live. The gym is nice and has a great view over the city and the staff is great too. Work orders are completed in a timely fashion and amenities work well.
The crew here at Stanza Little Italy, have always been very welcoming and cordial. They have been able to fine a solution to my request in an excellent timely manner. I'm very happy living here. The community is also enjoyable and friendly.

Little Stanza Italy is a great building conveniently located, walking distance to pretty much everting. The staff office is great and the building is always clean, quiet and safe. Amenities are excellent and the parking situation is good.

Stanza community is new, well-kept, great amenities, and in a prime location. Daniel in the leasing office made it a breeze to tour and apply for the apartment I wanted. Everyone in the apartment community has been friendly and the quality of the apartment is phenomenal.
Stanza Little Italy is a great community to be part of. We love having guests over to host in our apartment as well as inviting them to the stunning amenities. There's no better view than the one from our rooftop pool and gym. The leasing staff and maintenance team are incredible, this place wouldn't be the same without them. Stanza Little Italy is a gorgeous building with an amazing rooftop view overlooking the amazing city of San Diego. Stanza Little Italy is extremely convenient by having access to dog relief areas and grills throughout the building. The apartments themselves have such a positive aura with spacious windows and efficient appliances.

I am heading into my third year of living at Stanza Little Italy and can't imagine living anywhere else in San Diego! The building is kept clean and beautiful, the amenities are great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I'm also grateful for the wonderful community of friends I've found in the building.
Hanover Little Italy has an awesome maintenance team. Responded immediately and work was done with utmost care and proper attention. Appreciate the excellent service.
I arrived here a week ago from NYC, I can't even tell you how much I love the building the views and all the Amazing amenities... im cooking and swimming on the roof, it truly Blow me away.. as for the staff, they're like family already. Nothing but supportive friendly and energetic.. I really can't find a problem and I'm a New Yorker... Great Job and thank you...
