Property Ratings at Stafford Preserve
If all you care about is curb appeal from landscaping then this is the apartment complex for you! DO NOT sign the lease until you have been given a tour of your future home to see the conditions for yourself. I don't know how this complex can continue calling itself "Luxury Apartments" when the condition of the units has become far from "luxury". They need to maybe start thinking about some renovations. Also, units being turned over no longer have hardwood floors, which maybe they should update this on their website, as it's very deceiving. Renter beware if you are thinking of renting here please demand to see your actual unit and have issues fixed ahead of time.
i couldn't wait to move into my apartment. It's safe, clean and not noisy. The salt water pool is warm and relaxing. The gym is available all the time which is great when you work odd hours. The clubhouse has a video game room, pool table and even able to rent it out for parties. There is a playground for children and a basketball and tennis court. The grounds are kept clean and trimmed and maintenance is very prompt with fixing whatever may need to be fixed. I'm very happy living here.
