With this program, we are able to place you in an apartment with other people needing roommates! We have some of the largest floor plans for student housing in the area! At over 1100 Sq. Ft. our three bedrooms can comfortably accommodate roommates! We have a whole new look at our community where we feature, a sparkling hot tub right beside our outdoor movie screen, modern fitness center, and a covered bar and grill area, with more cool amenities in the works! We take pride in the changes we are making and expertly maintain them with our on-site team. Our buildings feature newly renovated apartments including a fully equipped upgraded kitchen with all new appliances, granite countertops, loft inspired finishes, and artisan stained concrete floors. Apartments are equipped with individual heat and air conditioning, balconies or patios and of course designer accents and colors! We are one of the only pet friendly student housing communities in the area! Stadium Walk accepts pets less than 40 lbs, maximum two per apartment for $30/month. College football fans can cheer on the Cornhuskers at Memorial Stadium, located off North 10th Street.
Lincoln is the state capital, and the Capitol Building features a 400-foot observation tower. It is located off Lincoln Mall and 14th Street. Other downtown attractions include the Lincoln Children's Museum, the Sheldon Museum of Art, the Sunken Gardens, and the Lincoln Children's Zoo.

Property Ratings at Stadium Walk Apartments
This place sucks in the summer times they never mow the grass also when we moved in there was bugs everywhere and the place was terrible the maintenance sucks they come fix it right away but I don’t think they know how to do there job because it just brakes again the next day also the apartments it’s terrible because bugs just keep coming inside no matter how much you spray and there is no ventilation in the bathrooms so mold grows on the walls I know it is cheap but definitely not worth it at alll!!!!!
In the 4-bed room we lived in, we didn't pay the gas fee by ourselves at the beginning, and then deducted an additional fine of $50 per person every month (not including the gas fee paid for us). I paid a deposit for nearly 3 months when I checked in, and finally deducted a fine of 325 per person when I left, saying it was a cleaning fee. But in fact we cleaned all the places that should be cleaned, including the cooker hood and toilet! They will not give you any details to tell you why so many fees have been deducted, which is very outrageous!
This property is in the perfect location! So close to campus, but away from all the craziness. I'm going to love living here next year!
I love our apartment due to the fact that lincoln ne is not a per friendly place when it comes to renting.When you walk into the office and a cat greets you at the door you know you are at home..i am pleased to say if you are pet lovers come here..
