Best apartments I’ve ever had and also everyone here is chill and friendly. Very clean place for the price you pay! It’s very affordable to have and especially on how close you are to the stadium

This reward system is a great system. I think reward systems like this create great incentives for the consumer. It does take a little bit for your rewards to get to you but nothing worth complaining about.

Very gold experience and helpful staff. Only problem I have is that our room was pretty dusty upon move in. Despite that it’s been nice living in so far

Never had any issues with any of the other tenants. The staff are also super helpful, kind, and respond to messages fast. The distance to downtown and the UNL campus is also very manageable.

These apartments feel like home. The floors bring out a true husker feel which I really like. The amenities are nice, and rooms have decent size.

Fridge leaks, dishwasher leaks, toilet leaks, exterior condition in rough shape, odd fees, rooms not cleaned between residents, and maintenance staff refuses to fix broken appliances.

Overall good, some issues with payment system that caused stress but management was able to help out. Maintence is normally pretty good about fixing things quickly

I love living at Stadiumwalk, but the move-in and move-out process is pretty painful. Both units I’ve moved into had some big maintenance issues we found when we moved in. That being said, the maintenance guy is great and super helpful. Everything was fixed within 2ish weeks. I’ve lived here for two years and have generally enjoyed it. It’s really worth the price!

Excellent customer service great apartment conditions safe neighborhood to be around plenty room to park your vehicle plus you i love the idea of having a garage.

The Service has been great any issues or help I needed has been resolved promptly and efficiently, the people are kind and helpful i have no issues.

The moving in process was really streamlined which took a lot of unnecessary stress out of the move in process. The entire compound seems to be generally clean and has a very cozy atmosphere. Additionally there always seems to be accessible parking for me, but maybe that is because not everyone is moved in yet.

Move in was easy and simple! The leasing office made it super simple and were very considerate and helpful. Some parts of the apartment still needed cleaned/repaired but most things were good and ready to go!

Very nice apartment. Lots more space than expected. Staff is friendly but sometimes take a minute to respond. Recommend seeing them in person or calling rather than texting or emailing. Good experience overall.

The staff here are always friendly, welcoming, and provide great service. Since the new management took over, I’ve noticed a lot of positive improvements, from the way customers are treated to the overall atmosphere and attention to detail. It really feels like they care about making the experience better, and I truly appreciate the effort they’ve put into creating a more enjoyable environment.

The whole team is incredibly helpful but sometimes they aren’t the fastest. It’s never a super meaningful amount of time you have to wait for them to get back to you, but it can be a little annoying.

I had to clean it myself even though I payed 199 fee for move in/out cleaning, theres holes in the floor, the apartment isn't as renovated as they told me it would be especially the bathroom it's extremely warn in and damaged i don't see how they can show such a nice one on tour say "this is exactly what you'll get" and get something smaller and not the same at all

I have yet to move in but so far my experience with the staff has been absolutely amazing. The turn around time with contacting the apartments was incredibly rapid and I was able to get a tour in and sign the lease within days of applying. I feel very welcome here and am happy to be moving in shortly!.

It’s really reasonable and the staff her are really friendly and helpful. The people who rent here seem to be really friendly and welcoming as while! If you like Husker football then the stadium is about a 10 minute walk away! I love that the Stadium Walk Appointment’s is so close to Lincoln downtown area!

It has been good thus far can’t complain. The staff and urgency or maintenance are my two major standouts from being a resident here, though I just arrived in June.

The text line isn’t the best to use to reach management. Apartment could’ve been cleaner at move in. Hate how loud the AC is when it kicks on. But It’s a Nice and quite community & the apartment itself is nice

Since the beginning of looking for an apartment at Stadium Walk, the staff have been so kind and helped us figure out exactly what it is we want and need. Between my roommates and I, we value the communication the staff has provided

This place sucks in the summer times they never mow the grass also when we moved in there was bugs everywhere and the place was terrible the maintenance sucks they come fix it right away but I don’t think they know how to do there job because it just brakes again the next day also the apartments it’s terrible because bugs just keep coming inside no matter how much you spray and there is no ventilation in the bathrooms so mold grows on the walls I know it is cheap but definitely not worth it at alll!!!!!

In the 4-bed room we lived in, we didn't pay the gas fee by ourselves at the beginning, and then deducted an additional fine of $50 per person every month (not including the gas fee paid for us). I paid a deposit for nearly 3 months when I checked in, and finally deducted a fine of 325 per person when I left, saying it was a cleaning fee. But in fact we cleaned all the places that should be cleaned, including the cooker hood and toilet! They will not give you any details to tell you why so many fees have been deducted, which is very outrageous!

This property is in the perfect location! So close to campus, but away from all the craziness. I'm going to love living here next year!

I love our apartment due to the fact that lincoln ne is not a per friendly place when it comes to renting.When you walk into the office and a cat greets you at the door you know you are at home..i am pleased to say if you are pet lovers come here..
