Very nic apartment. Their aren’t bugs, walls are pretty thick so you don’t hear neighbors. Fitness center and pool aren’t the biggest but that’s the point, it’s not meant to be a large busy community, it’s smaller. The larger one is right next door if that’s what you want.

I really enjoy the ease of living here. It is close to campus and directly on the bus route which makes getting to class super easy. Maintenance requests are also always fixed as soon as possible.

This place would be perfect if it weren't for the bug situation. I have called maintenance three times now and still bugs persist. They are in the kitchen and the bathrooms and seem to have no reaction to cleaning or bug spray. Everything else is great, its a good location and management is really nice, but I cannot overlook bugs.

Its a really nice community and the staff is really friendly and I think it's almost like the perfect place to live in and the views are really nice too and if you ever need help with anything, the staff is always there to help you out.

Good location, fast maintenance, nice units. Only a few smaller issues such as inconsistent water temperature. The people from the leasing office are also very helpful.

Stadium View is a great and affordable place to live! The apartments themselves are more than spacious enough for residents. (Two walk in closets??) Parking situation is also great! In addition to having a home-like feel to the apartments, the staff is so friendly! They’re super eager to help you out with a positive attitude! They also hold events like bake offs with prizes, Brownie Wednesdays, and give away free treats!

Very welcoming and helpful staff. When I first moved in I had a lot of work orders that had to be placed and they took forever to get situated. However once the new maintance crew was hired things started to get fixed either the day of the work order or the following day. For a college student the apartments are very spacious and nice. I never heard any of my neighbors but you will hear all of the traffic.

Living at Stadium View Apartments has been convenient and enjoyable. The proximity Texas A&M University is a major plus, making it easy to commute to campus. The apartments are well-equipped with features like in-home washers and dryers, and ample storage. The 24-hour fitness center and clubhouse amenities enhance the living experience. I've been living at Stadium view for about 1 year now and I love it! The staff are friendly and inviting plus lots of events every week. Also, I have my own space and can have my own privacy if need be. Maintenance has always been on top of work orders so if you do have a problem, they are always quick to address it. Plus: Lots of animals!!

Been living here since 2020, and can say that your experience here will largely depend on the managers and maintenance staff. Apartments are a bit older here than the ones surrounding the property, and as such have some wear and construction quirks, but are generally larger for a marginally lower price, that can be kept low with lease renewals. Lack of hot water is a persistent issue, but will only happen for a couple days 2-3 times a year. Stairwells and the attached park are also in need of maintenance at the time I'm writing the review. The first few management and maintenance teams I had didn't stick around for long and largely let issues remain and get worse. The current set of managers is quite good though, and have been actively trying to improve large issues, so hopefully they are still around. Current maintenance team also stays ahead of issues. If considering renting, ask how long the current staff has been working there. They are also quite pet friendly here, with a relatively large attached park. The pool and gym here are small but well maintained.

I have been living at Dwell Stadium View for the past few months and have been very happy so far. The location is very convenient for college students like myself as it is located just down the street from campus and the rec center. Management really seems to care and has been helpful in addressing any issues and maintenance. Overall the apartments are very spacious with large bedrooms, a pretty big balcony, and walk-in closets which give it an edge over other similarly priced properties in the area.

I chose this place because of the large room and closet size, everywhere I have looked has much smaller rooms and even smaller closets, if this is important for you then this is a good option. I can't say I am disappointed. Everything has been fine, I don't love my specific building location, I am close to the road and I get a lot of road noise, despite putting specific preferences when I applied for the lease. Additionally, upon moving in, my unit was quite dirty, took about a day or so of cleaning to get it looking better, really not too bad and not something to worry about. Wifi is great, water pressure is decent. My unit's water gets hot, but sometimes the shower temperature will fluctuate. Maintenance is great, often doing work orders the same day I file them. I renewed!

My daughter has been at Stadium View for 2.5 years now...for the most part, she's been happy there. Any time things need tending to, she calls the office and they get on it right away. And the price is very reasonable.

Honest review here. This apartment complex has exceeded my expectations. I currently live in a 2x2 and love it. The apartment is very well maintained and I love how close it is to campus. Maintenance is very nice and has taken care of any issues that i've had in a timely manner. The front office staff is awesome. The new General Manager Aaron as well as their Leasing Manager Jacob have really turned this place around. Jacob gave me my initial tour and was extremely informative about the complex. Their General Manager started shortly after I moved in but has made it a point to get to know the residents and take care of any unresolved past issues even in the short time that he has been there. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for housing near campus.

Just wanted to express some honest thoughts about Stadium View. One of the biggest reasons why I wanted to live at Stadium View was the smaller size of the complex and for the floorplan themselves. I really feel like you get a long of bang for your buck since the rooms and closets are big and the apartments have been updated. No they are not brand new but I can tell that management and maintenance cares which if your local you know how rare that actually is.
Homey, close to campus, management is great. Good "home away from home" for a college student. Lived in the Cottages and the Barracks my freshman year and this apartment is so much better.

I live here currently and the front office is so helpful with everything. if you need maintenence or anything they will get to you pretty quickly. the kitchens and bathrooms are pretty small in the apartment but the closets are HUGE. I have enjoyed my stay here.

I lived at Stadium View for 2 years during grad school. Great place for A&M students. Close to campus (25 min walk to library and 10 min to rec center), bus stop couldn't be closer, plenty of guest parking, great pool, and spacious apartments. Plus, the property manager, Enoc, goes above and beyond to genuinely help residents and to create a sense of community. A rarity in any town, especially College Station. I highly recommend Stadium View.
