The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Stacks on Main
people are constantly breaking into the building and management has done nothing to stop it. cars have been vandalized as well. they also promise “luxury amenities” but have run out of money to complete and construction projects so we have none.
Nice place, conveniently located within east Nashville.
Stacks on Amazon is an excellent option for pet owners who want to live close to both the city and Five Points while enjoying access to a pool and gym.
Stacks On Main was the perfect locations for the perfect price. From someone who moved from out of state... they made me feel like family from day one!
Finally I feel like I am at home! Ive been in Nashville over a year and this is the first time that I feel like Nashville is home, and the stacks on main is a bit reason for that!
Stacks on Main is a premier living experience for young professionals in Nashville!
My husband and I moved to the Stacks without ever visiting in person and we’ve loved it here! The apartment is in excellent condition, we never hear our side to side neighbors and aside from the occasional footsteps above us, it’s been quiet and peaceful. The staff responds to issues promptly and the payment portal is super easy to use. The location is absolutely ideal and for nashville, the rent prices are great! Can’t say enough good about this community and our experience here.
The Stacks On Main is an amazing complex! I moved here about 1 month ago and the staff have gone above beyond to make my transition as easy as possible. The amenities are very nice (love my morning Vanilla Lattes from their coffee bar) and everyone I've met around the complex is super friendly. You're walking distance to Turnip Truck, Nobles and other East Nashville hot spots. You can't find a better complex or location for the price!
Property Manager at Stacks on Main, Responded To This Review
We are happy to hear that you have had an overall great experience here; our residents' comfort is of the utmost importance to us. Thank you for leaving this review! - Andrew Kufta, Community Director
Overall, the building and apartment are decent and serve their purpose. The garage and scanners make everything feel safe and secure, which is great but outside the building there is sometimes yelling from across the street. The noise from the streets and upstairs neighbors is pretty loud, and depending on what side of the building you are on, can go on pretty late at night (car music especially). On a more positive note, the maintenance staff are always quick at fixing everything and the staff in the office are nice as well. The major downside to this apartment is the neighborhood and the price. The apartment is close to some things (five points, downtown, etc.) but there are many other apartment buildings that are closer to both great neighborhoods or downtown and would be much more convenient and probably cheaper/same price. The homeless population also has moved in under the interstate nearby, so just be prepared for them to walk around outside the building fairly frequently. Also, just make sure you can live out your lease because breaking the lease will cost you any concessions (and more) that you received - which is not the case with all apartment buildings in Nashville.
I've been here for a few months now and I've got to say I love living here. The staff is super friendly. The maintenance people have always gotten work orders I've submitted done the same day. There is government housing located across the street which can sometimes get a little noisy on the weekends (not enough to really bother me) but there isn't anything the staff at Stacks can do about that. Will update review closer to the end of my lease but so far, so good!
We were very excited to move into this property as it showed much promise and we got the first 2 months for free. It APPEARS to be a luxury apartment in looks and in the cost of your monthly rent, but it is anything but. The walls and ceilings are paper thin, I often think my upstairs neighbor is going crash in on me. Residents allow their doors to slam shut causing the entire apartment to shake, often making things fall off the walls. The hallways are constantly dirty. I've lived there 6 months and have seen them vacuumed only once. Residents also allow their animals to use the bathroom in the hallway. There are multiple units that are rented out to AirBnB and other short term rentals, though it specifically states in the lease this is not allowed. When management is questioned, they deny this is occurring. I'm paying for the safety and security of having a controlled access building and management is allowing anyone off the streets to enter. If you have a maintenance issue, don't expect to have it repaired. We were left a note that said, sorry but we don't have a solution for this, we'll let you know when we come up with one. Still waiting... I reported exercise equipment broken over a month ago and it is still broken and sitting in the gym. There is no sign posted on the machine and it is an injury waiting to happen. Due to residents acting ridiculous on July 4th weekend, we are no longer able to badge in through the front lobby after hours. Its incredibly inconvenient to use the other doors to get in the building. If you have a package you need to get, well good luck with that because you're not getting it after hours. Parking is included in our monthly rent, but management is now talking about "leasing" out parking spots to the community. Any way for them to get more money in their pocket and not make any repairs with it. I'm paying a ridiculous amount of money to live in a complex that thinks very highly of itself but misses the mark on taking care of their residents. You definitely pay just for the opportunity to say you live in East Nashville. We would break our lease in a heart beat if we didn't have to pay back the 2 months we got free. Because even though management is failing to uphold many details in the lease, we have no doubt they will stand firm on that issue.
This place was too noisy to get a good nights sleep. My situation worsened when the staff decided to prevent people from badging in through the lobby, the one entrance that people entering after 10 o'clock wouldn't disturb anyone else. Add the trains blowing whistles at all hours, waste management picking up and slamming the garbage dumpsters at 3am and the projects behind the building where people congregate and scream at each other at all hours of the night and you've got a recipe for disaster. Whenever I addressed the staff about the issues they could fix, like unlocking the lobby or preventing people from entering certain doors after 10, they continually gave a "we can't do that" attitude. Whenever someone threatened me int he building the staff did nothing about it and made it out like is my fault. The building is full of short term rentals despite the fact the staff lies and says there are none. I lasted around 4 months before moving somewhere quieter.
I moved in right when the first few apartments were ready. I was able to watch the Stacks grow into the beautiful community it is today. The amenities are amazing. From the resort style pool to the gym I loved every piece of it. Every morning I would get coffee from the free coffee bar downstairs. That was such a great treat. ?? I was sad to leave. The monthly resident gatherings were always fun and a great way to meet other residents. It makes it feel like home. Don't forget to stop by the leasing office because the leasing staff is the best. I was sad to leave them too!
