St. Joseph Manor II, located at 1200 NW 6th Avenue, Pompano Beach, FL is pleased to announce 300 pre-applications will be accepted for one bedroom apartments and entered on our waiting list. 50 of these pre-applications will be for units designated for mobility, vision and hearing impaired (ADA). All applicants will need to meet age requirement of 62 and over. Starting July 8-13, 2024 between the hours of 9:00am-4pm (EST) we will be providing and accepting pre-applications in person at: 1220 NW 6th Avenue, Pompano Beach, FL33060 Position on the waiting list will be determined by the date and time when the pre-application is received. Pre-applications will be accepted until the required number of pre-applications are received, at which time the waiting list will close. We reserve the right to keep the waiting list open until the 250/50 pre-applications are received. Only one pre-application per family will be considered throughout the entire process.
