I have absolutely loved living here this past year! Everything about the community is amazing from the pool to the people and everyone in between! Would recommend to anyone looking for housing near campus!

I've been very happy living here. The staff is always friendly and quick to help solve any issues. I also love the amenities that are offered.

You get your own room and plenty of shared space. • Utilities Included – internet, water, trash – all bundled in rent which is convenient. • Responsive Maintenance – any issue I reported (like a clogged sink or A/C glitch) was handled quickly.

It has been amazing! I have been greeted warmly by the office staff and helped anytime I've needed. Maintenance has been timely and the apartments are really great size and style (I'm in the 4 bedroom). I enjoy the fitness center and the friendly community feel here. I'm so glad I moved here and hope to renew my lease in a few months??

St. Joe Place is a wonderful place to live. It is right next to campus making traveling easy. The pool is so nice for days when you just want to relaxe. Having your own bathroom makes everything so easy.

I love living here! The amenities are great. The rooms are nice and spacious. The staff is really friendly and are willing to help you if you ever need something.

Great space to live with lots of room and love the fact that I get my own bathroom. My biggest complaint would be how cold our apartment gets in the winter. And it is always consistently freezing. And if I’m going to be paying around $100 a month for electricity, I wish I was at least benefiting by enjoying the comfort of being warm. And we have had lots of problems with our washing machine this year, maintenance has been awesome at coming by and fixing it as quick as possible but it’s a little frustrating to have to keep putting in work orders because it continues to shut down.

I would recommend St. Joe to anyone looking to stay in Fort Wayne. Nice apartments and great service. Great amenities including a basketball court, gym, and a pool.

Great place to live. Close to PFW. Close to a lot of food options. Nice amenities. I finally used the weight room for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Works well in a pinch when I don't have time to go to campus.

It’s a nice apartment however maintenance is not the best and I think for how much we pay it could be a little better. Front desk staff is very nice though

So far my experience with st Joe has been positive, maintenance requests have been dealt with on a timely manner and the community is quaint. Only problem I have is with the owner of the Green Mustang GT because their car is unnecessarily loud

I have had a an overall good experience living at St Joe over the past three years. Maintenance has improved over the years and outside of some noise issues here and there I have enjoyed living here.

So far, living in St. Joe's is pretty good. The staff are nice, the apartments are good for the price, and the different events and things they do for the people living here are well-thought-out off. Can't complain much.

Apartments are relatively new and up to date. Staff is very friendly and maintenance is always quick and friendly. Not much to complain about.

my apartment community is very welcoming and respectful. I enjoy the addition amenities that they have like the gym. Can’t wait for the pool to open!

So far so good, maintenance is very attentive and respectful so is everybody in the office. living here has its perks the basketball court is always open. The pool opens in May and there is so much to do in the area of the apartment.

Great location, close to almost everything you could need. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff, good amenities—a great living option for students.

Living at St. Joe Place in Fort Wayne has been a pretty good experience overall. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which I really appreciate, especially since I’m looking for a place where I can relax after a busy day. The neighborhood has a suburban feel, which is nice because it’s calm but still close to everything I need. I’m just a short drive away from shopping centers, restaurants, and parks, which makes running errands or grabbing a bite to eat really easy.

I love living here! All of the amenities are amazing and the staff members are all super helpful too! The whole community is also pet-friendly too :)

St Joe is very communative and was ready to help me with any questions I had. I was very happy with the ease of applying, but for my guaranteeer her had a hard time finding where he needed to go, hopefully they can provide more descriptive instructions.

It's a good place to live, all the maintenance is upto date and the staff is really helpful. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently. Whether it's a leaky faucet or a malfunctioning appliance, they are always there to assist. The on-site staff is friendly, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents' satisfaction. They create a welcoming and supportive community atmosphere.

Process for everything has been quick and easy. The room itself was above my expectations given the price. The only problems I've had was a few things with the room, like slow drainage, and there being dust on top of the closet, maintenence was there the next day. I am still waiting on the cleaning people to finish but it's only been 2 days. I recommend living here if you are okay with sharing a apartment with 3-1 other people.

Great place to live especially if you are a college student. I thought originally Sense PFW, no longer affiliated with St Joe Pl. that the rent was going to be high reality. It’s very Manageable for a college student. I love that we have a washer and dryer and also our own bathrooms as well.

St. Joe place is a great place for student living! The apartments are well maintained with a nice set up for students! The employees are also extremely nice and efficient when there is an issue.

Great student housing, maintenance is quick on resolving issues and safe community. Front office is also very responsive and will resolve any issues you bring to them!

If there are ever any concerns, a work order is put in and it’s immediately fixed within 2 days! Love the sizing of the rooms and the gigantic closet and love the fact that I get my own personal bathroom!

I got a tv for free at a party St. Joe Place hosted. So it’s been great. The apartments are good too, very clean and everything works well. If it doesn’t maintenance is pretty prompt.

So far pretty good for what i expected. Other than barking dogs and annoying cars everything is amazing. The rent is perfectly manageable along with everything else. I love that SJP hosts so many events.

St Joe Place is in a great area with many food options, the apartment was clean when I moved in. I have also had to request a couple work orders and they have been done within a couple days.

Been a great experience here. Although the property keeps getting older I feel like it gets better with time. I think having a patio/balcony, full-size washer and dryer, my own bathroom and on-site courtesy officer top a lot of other options in FW.

St joes place is a very affordable and comfortable place to live for all people. As a student I find it to be very close to my school and local businesses.

I am on my third lease here at St. Joe and I have loved every second of it. Even with any issues with the apartment itself, the maintenance guys are always on top of things and quick to fix any issues. I think the staff is so nice and take the time to get to know their residents. Ammendities are also a plus!

This is my first time renting out an apartment and I have to say I’m impressed, I enjoy my own room and bathroom and having a patio. Also with the right people to live with is also a plus.
