Super friendly staff and they answer very fast and always know my name when I walk in. The amenities are also very great, I use the gym every day and it is clean.

Friendly staff, however hard to find events and rewards. Electricity can be very punishing even if you payed your part and your roomate hasnt

St Joe is a really nice community to live in. The staff are amazing. Apartments are nice. They don’t make it a huge deal with noise complaints which is amazing! I wouldn’t live here if the cops were called for everything

The buildings are a little old and the apartments are definitely lived in but I could tell they came in and cleaned the room well. The staff is super nice and helpful! The Wi-Fi is free but it doesn’t really work well. That’s my only big complaint right now is the slow/crashing Wi-Fi. But overall a good experience so far, they seem to care about the residents and do a lot to get every involved as a community!

I just moved in a few days ago and love it so far! Everyone has been very kind and helpful, and I love having a walk-in closet and my own bathroom!

Everyone was very welcoming in the clubhouse, couldn’t get WiFi set up and still don’t have WiFi yet. So that is the only issue I’ve had so far.

The place itself is inviting and comfortable, but the people are even more so! The staff has made my move in easy and explained any questions I had very well.

It’s very nice and I am looking forward to living in the beautiful community. The staff was very friendly and my apartment looks amazing. I have had no issues with anything so far.

My experience has been sensational, the pool being open is a big plus. Also the gym is a great place to workout and meet other residents as well as the tanning bed to stay looking fresh.

I am so happy that I decided to live here! When I moved in everything was perfectly clean. I love using pool and gym! There is no noise around the apartman which is really important to me!

Great place for student housing! All my friends live here, it is furnished, it is close to PFW, and I am excited to live there! Only downside is the pool is only randomly open.

It has been amazing! I have been greeted warmly by the office staff and helped anytime I've needed. Maintenance has been timely and the apartments are really great size and style (I'm in the 4 bedroom). I enjoy the fitness center and the friendly community feel here. I'm so glad I moved here and hope to renew my lease in a few months??

St. Joe Place is a wonderful place to live. It is right next to campus making traveling easy. The pool is so nice for days when you just want to relaxe. Having your own bathroom makes everything so easy.

Great space to live with lots of room and love the fact that I get my own bathroom. My biggest complaint would be how cold our apartment gets in the winter. And it is always consistently freezing. And if I’m going to be paying around $100 a month for electricity, I wish I was at least benefiting by enjoying the comfort of being warm. And we have had lots of problems with our washing machine this year, maintenance has been awesome at coming by and fixing it as quick as possible but it’s a little frustrating to have to keep putting in work orders because it continues to shut down.

I would recommend St. Joe to anyone looking to stay in Fort Wayne. Nice apartments and great service. Great amenities including a basketball court, gym, and a pool.

Great place to live. Close to PFW. Close to a lot of food options. Nice amenities. I finally used the weight room for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Works well in a pinch when I don't have time to go to campus.

It’s a nice apartment however maintenance is not the best and I think for how much we pay it could be a little better. Front desk staff is very nice though

So far my experience with st Joe has been positive, maintenance requests have been dealt with on a timely manner and the community is quaint. Only problem I have is with the owner of the Green Mustang GT because their car is unnecessarily loud

I have had a an overall good experience living at St Joe over the past three years. Maintenance has improved over the years and outside of some noise issues here and there I have enjoyed living here.

So far, living in St. Joe's is pretty good. The staff are nice, the apartments are good for the price, and the different events and things they do for the people living here are well-thought-out off. Can't complain much.

Apartments are relatively new and up to date. Staff is very friendly and maintenance is always quick and friendly. Not much to complain about.

So far so good, maintenance is very attentive and respectful so is everybody in the office. living here has its perks the basketball court is always open. The pool opens in May and there is so much to do in the area of the apartment.

Living at St. Joe Place in Fort Wayne has been a pretty good experience overall. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which I really appreciate, especially since I’m looking for a place where I can relax after a busy day. The neighborhood has a suburban feel, which is nice because it’s calm but still close to everything I need. I’m just a short drive away from shopping centers, restaurants, and parks, which makes running errands or grabbing a bite to eat really easy.

St Joe is very communative and was ready to help me with any questions I had. I was very happy with the ease of applying, but for my guaranteeer her had a hard time finding where he needed to go, hopefully they can provide more descriptive instructions.

It's a good place to live, all the maintenance is upto date and the staff is really helpful. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently. Whether it's a leaky faucet or a malfunctioning appliance, they are always there to assist. The on-site staff is friendly, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents' satisfaction. They create a welcoming and supportive community atmosphere.

Process for everything has been quick and easy. The room itself was above my expectations given the price. The only problems I've had was a few things with the room, like slow drainage, and there being dust on top of the closet, maintenence was there the next day. I am still waiting on the cleaning people to finish but it's only been 2 days. I recommend living here if you are okay with sharing a apartment with 3-1 other people.

Great place to live especially if you are a college student. I thought originally Sense PFW, no longer affiliated with St Joe Pl. that the rent was going to be high reality. It’s very Manageable for a college student. I love that we have a washer and dryer and also our own bathrooms as well.
