Our work order request was taken care of quickly and efficiently. We had no electricity in two rooms and Jason changed the problem outlet right away and power was restored immediately.

St Andrews Maintenance I put in a work order for a new microwave and they installed it the very next day. The maintenance team is awesome!!

Nice Home I like my home and have resided here 9.5 years. It's not easy to satisfy everyone all the time and there are budget constraints that limit how much can be done, yet management does a good job. .

Rate and Review Great area to live so close to many stores and restaurants. Grounds are well maintained. Nice people. Nice amenities. My biggest complaint is they raise rent every year with no changes, upgrades or improvements.

Very satisfied I was very happy with the recent maintenance work done on my guest bathroom. St. Andrews has an excellent maintenance staff.

St. Andrews Maintenance Staff At St. Andrews we have the best group of maintenance people who take care of a number of daily repairs/replacements wherever the need may be. They are efficient, and take care of the problem/need in a timely manner and do it professionally.

St Andrews My partner and I have been living here for a little over a year now and everything has been wonderful. Any issues or problems are followed up on and resolved quickly. Rent was raised slightly after a year, but it wasnt anything outrageous that wasn't manageable. We're excited to stick around another year and see what the future holds for us here. Neighbors, the office staff and maintenance crew are all friendly and pleasant!

Awesome front office and awesome maintenance. Each person in these areas know their jobs and are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance are amazing and very helpful. They are always taking care of any problems we have in a timely manner. We appreciate each of them and all the do especially in this very hot weather now. Thank you goes to them also for all the have to do that they shouldn’t have to do if people weren’t so lazy. Thank you to all for making this amazing place to live.

Great maintenance department mark is always great

I had lights burn out in my kitchen and entry hall. They were replaced. I appreciate the haste at which the maintenance man got there and took care of the problem.

As usual, they were quick to fix my problem.

The Management Team here at St. Andrews are very nice and dependable. I love my view from the second floor apartment of the lake. I am also enjoying all the amenities of the game rooms of the pool table, ping pong table, etc. The Movie Theater is beautiful and comfortable to enjoy the movies plus watch live Colts Games on Sunday. The exercise room is great to stay in shape plus the library with the computer comes in handy. The Social Room is fun to play Bingo with other residents. I love keeping my car in the garage. There are no other apartment in Indiana likes St. Andrews particularly when you can take the elevator to your second and third floor apartment. It beat climbing stairs. I highly recommend especially for People whom rather take elevator instead of walking up and down the stairs. I been here since March of 2020 and loving it!! Charissa Copenhaver

When I moved across country 3 years ago I had in mind to find an apartment to serve as a stopping off place. Someplace temporary until I found a true home. I have signed my third year lease with St. Andrews Apartments and have never felt more at home in an apartment setting as I have here. I am a private person so I have never been one to visit with or develop a relationship with management but the ladies in the office have made me feel they truly care about the people who live here and they have addressed my every need I have brought to them and have gone above and beyond what a normal manager is responsible for. I have a very high comfort level with everyone here. My friends and family have all made comments about their feelings of security. They know I am living in a safe comfortable apartment where they have confidence in management and maintenance. I know every day I can come Home and enjoy quiet secure living. You know you are happy some where when you close your front door and the first thing that goes through your mind is , I'm so glad to be home.

There is a continuous noise from outside when there is a windy, because of this can't able to sleep. Gave complaint many times. They simply saying nothing is there without finding an issue. Very poor management

My husband and I moved from out of state and neither of us had ever lived in an apartment before. So, I did what any modern apartment-looker would do, I read online reviews. Yeesh, as if I wasn't nervous enough. I read review after review of ok places, terrible places and places with pizza dilevery men getting shot... (not my kind of place). Trying to stay within our meager budget and it still be a safe and nice apartment was a chore. Then we found St Andrews Apartment Complex. The reviews were reasonable, not scary, and they had residents who have lived here for many years. I had my husband look it up and he was sold at "Ping Pong Table". Well, I would take more convincing. He was already in IN for his new job and I was left behind until he found a place for us to move into. I was nervous for him to look at apartments alone and decide on one without me ever setting foot on the property until the day of our move-in, Yikes! St. Andrews was the first place he physically looked at and he loved it. He only looked at one other apartment complex (by my bidding because I was skeptical of him only looking at one place and deciding on it) and was sure St Andrews was his pick. Among the reasons of why we chose St Andrews are: location, close to Indy; its right off I-65; it's near shopping, groceries and restaurants; the staff was friendly and obliging and the amenities and things included in the apts were great (movie theatre, work out room, community room, game room, library with complimentary computer with Internet, hair salon, patios/balconies, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, a lake, laundry rooms (which right now they're in the process of updating,) ample parking, an elevator, the option of carports and garages, extra storage, large closets, many different apt layout options and guest suites for visiting friends and family. Now that we've been here about 7 months I can say I like it even more than when we moved in. It's clean, the residents are a nice mixture of all ages and all different types of people who are kind and friendly, it feels like a community here. Plus, the staff is amazing! They get things taken care of quickly and with care. Every issue we have encountered has been taken care of. Ex: our water heater went out and it was fixed within a day, the AC unit needed freeon and it got taken care of same day. We have enjoyed the community parties they put on too. I would definitely recommend St.Andrews Apartments. We love it here.

Today as I'm leaving for work I notice ANOTHER notice posted on my door informing me that maintenance will be entering April 9-April 18th for preventative maintenance. Today is April 9th. THIS IS NOT A 24 HOUR NOTICE!!!!!! It would not be so bad if just 2 weeks ago maintenance had not entered each apartment for an inspection. This is not the only time less than 24 hours advance notice was given to enter.

I have llived here for 5 years, and every year just gets better. The staff is just "da bomb." Amenities are fan-tastic--beauty shop on site, movie theater with movies every weekend (and Colts games on the screen during the season,) fishing in our lake, and neighbors that make you want to sit in the chairs on our "veranda" on asummer evening and enjoy.Good location for eating out, shopping, and great access to interstate 65. We also have game night twice a week for residents. It doesn"t just sound great--it is!!

I love the friendly staff! Whenever we have a problem they get to it fast! Awesome theatre and work out room! Very cozy and love our screened in porches! Great location for being near 65 interstate!

I appreciate the diversity of cultures, ages and races of the residents who live at St. Andrews. The office staff are very friendly, competent, and accommodating. The maintenance men do a great job keeping everything running and taking care of the many problems which confront them daily. They, too, are very friendly and accommodating.

I have lived here since May of 2013 and find it a wonderful place to live. The excellent customer service starts from the time you take your first tour. The leasing/office staff is excellent and the nicest people you will ever meet. The apartments are clean and very well maintained and built so solid that you rarely if ever hear anyone around you. The amenities are superior with the work out room and theather as well as having an in house beautician that is on site in the evening so you don't have to leave or rush somewhere after work to get your hair cut or buy product. They boast a party room with complete kitchen where you can hold parties of all kinds. If you don't have your own computer there is one in the library that is availble as well as a variety of books and magazines. I feel that this is a total inclusive community that will fully meet everyones needs. The cost is the best I have seen in the area. The square footage is more than adequate and they offer both car ports and garages. I have a two bedroom and a garage and pay less than most smaller apartments at other communties in the area.

Prior reviews point out many things that I agree with. Especially appreciate the convenience to everything necessary without going into the city, the quiet, and maintenance requests handled in appropriate time frame. This is an older property but management seems to be on top of upgrades and maintenance needs. My opinion is that the older structures do provide more quiet between neighbors than some newer ones. Outstanding to me is the location of laundry facilities on the same floor as apt, inside building and mail pickup inside near the office. These are conveniences lost in many other residence choices. Last but not least is the nice balcony that actually provides enough room to sit and have morning coffee and relax while reading etc. Have looked at several that are balconies with standing room only. May not be for everyone but worth taking a good look at while choosing apartment.

I have only lived here for a couple of months but I really love it here. The office staff is wonderful, there is always something to do, the noise level is great and everyone I've met so far is friendly. My apartment is bright and cheery with a beautiful lake-view. Folks of all ages live here! Glad I made the move!

I have lived here for just over a year. I really like the amenities and the secure feeling I get in the building. The staff is great & very helpful, too. I would recommend this residence to anyone looking for a quiet place to live.

I love living in this community. I have lived here at St. Andrews for three years now. I highly recommend this community for people of all ages. Affordable, convenient, and quiet. My guests are even amazed at the property and amenities. Who could ask for more and in such a great location! Did I mention, how clean and well-kept this community is?! Lots to do here at St. Andrews!

I just moved here from the Chicago area and this was far and above a great choice. The building is very clean,quiet and the staff has been amazing. They are very kind and have been able to help with any issues. I would recommend these apartment to anyone looking.
