Nickel and dime you to death. Make you pay for normal wear and tear.
They don't take pets as advertised. Office staff super rude. Other properties owned by them are disgusting. Horrid reviews from rentals all over internet. Not allowed to burn candles inside apartments at all. Not worth it.
1 working washer for the entire building...management leaves notes about charging everyone for something one person keeps doing. Biased repairs...mold growing inside and outside. One neighbor's ceiling collapsed.. and to top it all off, they inconsistently charge different prices for rent. I cannot believe the amount of unhappy tenants.
When I first moved here there was no shower door for the master bathroom. The closet was broken. The main bathrooms shower was messed up. And the heat was broken. Now there is a washer broken, people fighting, and mold outside of the apartment. You can find something way better than this.
