With its historic buildings filled with antique stores, art galleries, boutiques, bakeries, and restaurants all surrounding a historic town square, Downtown Lawrenceville is postcard-perfect. At the heart of Downtown, the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse, built in 1821, is a local landmark. Residents can catch a play at the Aurora Theatre, spend the afternoon at Sweet Water Park, or see the historic gristmill at Freeman's Mill Park.
Downtown Lawrenceville is roughly 30 miles northeast of Downtown Atlanta, and residents can commute into the city using nearby I-85. Georgia Gwinnett College is northwest of Downtown, and students frequent the downtown shops and restaurants. Gwinnett County Fairgrounds is situated on the south side along Sugarloaf Parkway, and the popular Sugarloaf Mills mall is to the northwest of the neighborhood near I-85.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Amazing Job. My family and I, very amazed by the awesome job the manager and her team is doing. What stands out to us is the wonderful entertainment they have for the kids. . My special needs child, never seen to amaze me when it comes to going to the office for a treat every day she gets off the school bus! Thanks to the staff, for it means a lot to us.

Thanks for the review! We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Please let us know if we can do something to make your experience even better!
The trash is always overflowing and at minimum 10 vultures. Complex STINKS! Staff is terrible. Maintenance while quick always has to come out multiple times for not fixing the situation. “Renovation” was done so cheaply it’s sad. There’s nowhere near enough parking. And if all that wasn’t bad enough, IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!! The only positive I can say is that its fairly spacious.
One star is quite generous. My stay here has been hell! Dumpsters are always full and has the entire complex smelly. Noisy neighbors!!! The office hasn’t done anything about that. Maintenance is horrible. There are cats that roam around the complex ALL DAY AND NIGHT. Despite my cleanliness, there are also uncontrollable roaches. I’ve even seen a rat once! I could go on and on... DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. Overall, the apartments are pretty spacious but it is outdated and way too overpriced for what you’re getting. There has been no updated appliances and there aren’t any amenities other than fitness center, which is only open during office hours. Such a dump!!!

Our team is here to help our residents enjoy the comfort and peace of mind they deserve and we'd like to work with you to improve your experience. We appreciate your feedback and hope to speak with you soon.
Giving this apartment 1 star is more than it deserves. For starters, as soon as you drive up the hill to the complex, you're welcomed by mountains of garbage and birds swarming all over it. The inside of the apartments are pretty spacious but if something goes wrong with your apartment, maintenance is terrible and they take forever to come fix the problem in your apartment. My apartment was broken into and the office staff said it wasn't an emergency for them to fix my door. The parking was horrible and you could never find a parking space in front of your building. Gwinnett county police is constantly coming out due to domestic disturbances and this complex promised to upgrade their amenities but never did. They have a gym that only stays open during the office hours and they constantly change the codes so you hardly have any access to get inside. Not to mention they go up on the rent every year but its not even worth it because everything here is just raggedy. Don't waste your time moving here. You'll regret it.
I HAVE SEARCHED ON LINE FOR APARTMENTS AND THIS ONE SAYS THEY HAVE UNITS AVAILABLE. WHEN I WENT THERE TO INQUIRE I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO UNITS AVAILABLE. NOT ONLY THAT I STOOD THERE FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES WHILE THE ONE PERSON IN THE OFFICE IGNORED ME WHILE CHATTING WITH A RESIDENT LAUGHING AND FLIRTING. IF THIS IS ANY INDICATION OF WHAT IT IS THERE JUST BY ME VISITING I KNOW IT MAY BE 100 TIMES WORSE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A NICE PLACE TO LIVE.
The place I lived in Was amazing sadly I had to move because of the noisy but but overall it was a great place I recommend you stay there.
First off, when you pull in all you see is TRASH. The dumpster is overflowing. The people are nice but make sure you ask a ton of questions. You can tell the complex is old because the paint looks like it's been redone 100 times over. The walls have been patched a lot from holes. The linoleum in one kitchen was torn up. There are roaches that you can't do anything about. And the train is directly behind the complex. When I look out my window I see a nice scenery of trees but when I look down all i see is trash!!! Literally I see furniture and such thrown out. It's definitely a two star place.
The apartment complex I live in has 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. These are very spacious with a bonus sun room. The upgrades they have done to the inside of the units are very nice and allow an extremely comfortable living experience. I'm not too fond of the lack of amenities. Currently, there is only a playground for everyone. With the amount of residents, this is not enough entertainment at all. There are a lot of people in a very small space which can sometimes become an issue. Overall experience, I would rate this apartment complex on the lower side. However, the rent is quite manageable so I guess you get what you pay for.
