Stay Away
No maintanance, no security. Pools are here but are never open for use. Mail boxes are vandalized. Trash is everywhere. Dumpsters overflow with furnature. If something breaks, allow 6-12 months for repair.

Dishonest workers. Make sure you document your first walk through. Took my deposit and said I owed money for things they never repaired. Shady business

Horrible Dwelling
Management sucks, neighbors suck, building old and dilapidated, extremely outdated and many safety hazards every where, no security at all. Not gated. Anyone can come in and does. Every morning there is a new vagrant digging through the dumpsters. Water comes out cloudy from the faucet

my apartments have some maintenance they need working on, but for the most part the staff and professionalism is on point.

not what I expected
I live in a one bedroom with my boyfriend and our 2 little girls and honestly the rent seems a bit to much considering its not that big. There was also no remodeling done and I didnt realize it untill a while after.plus were starting to see some things falling apart that shouldn't be falling apart.hope this review was helpful
