Quiet little apartment community and everyone is friendly as could be. Neighbors are great and the front office is super helpful. I have zero complaints about this place!

I moved out here about a month ago and so far, so good! It’s nice and quiet, which I really appreciate. The only downside has been that the pool hasn’t been open yet and I still don’t have access to the fitness room. Other than that, everything has been great. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Buildings are in good shape, maintenance is available via a ticket system, the grounds are kept clean, the front office is friendly and communicate important information timely. This is a safer community than many in the neighboring areas. There was a ton of extra parking and it will return once the road issue gets addressed. The secured laundry room was temporarily shut down while they swapped out machines and again when the pipes froze(thankfully they sent out tips to keep apartment pipes from doing the same) and everything is back up and running. Mail gets delivered around 5pm and there are some issues with deliveries but that's not the developments fault and I've had to talk with the delivery driver and the customer service rep so they would get paid. Paying rent is easy however there's a fee to do it online. The app for the laundry room is okay however it locks you into a digital wallet. There was a food truck for Thanksgiving which was nice. I look forward to my time here.

Front office staff are friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond for their residents! The neighborhood is quiet and it seems like a good place to live.

Decent community when staying to yourself.nice quiet atmosphere!..would love and update on when the parking lot is going to get fixed..as the people in this area are being inconvenienced for what we're paying to stay..decent community other than that!

I chose Springtree Apartments based off of location to my work, rental price, and the amenities. I have a dog and have loved being able to (almost always) comfortably walk her around the property at night and have access to a dog park where (almost always) other residents pick-up after their pets. However, many amenities have been recently experiencing issues and no compensation has been offered by the property or management company. We have had deep sinkholes blocking part of the driveway for as long as I've been living here (6 months) and its only gotten worse. Our laundry room was supposed to be upgraded but instead has been missing from the amenities for 3 months, and just recently our gym (2 treadmills) has been shut down because of failure to upkeep the machines. Overall, my experience with their leasing agent, Kelly has been frustrating as she needs to work on her customer service personality. However, the property manager is nice, and the property overall feels safe.

The apartment has sink holes in the front of the building and the washer and dryers are currently still unavailable, and the rent only gets higher.

It’s been a pleasant and enjoyable experience staying here at Springtree. Office and support staff are always kind , helpful, and respectful.

They have completely closed the laundry room for about a month now stating that new washers and dryers would be coming in…Still closed. If your a little late on rent they do not care to work with you and state they will file eviction on the 4th whether you can pay the late fee or not.

Quiet and clean community. Property managers are courteous. Pretty good with maintenance requests.Appliances and bathroom outdated. Still a pretty decent place to live.

Quiet neighborhood. Spacious modern apartment, friendly and accommodating staff and safe security camera monitored exercise and laundry facilities. I couldn’t be more pleased!

The issue with the big pothole in the middle of the parking lot my company cannot parl in front of the building (Q) not to mention it is dangerous. The issue with the laundry room is also annoying we should not have to go off property to do our laundry. It takes to long to arrange repairs

I have no issues. Anytime I need maintenance I put in the request and it's done within 1to 2 days. Staff is always nice and courteous to me always.

The office staff is kind and helpful. Mainteance has been quick with response times. The community is quiet and friendly. The proximity to downtown is a plus.

It’s very quiet out here and peaceful, only issue I’ve had is my air hasn’t been working since I moved in so my light bill is going to be high

I started out enjoying the peace within the community but over time it became a little noisy than usual. Overall I enjoy the staff. I’ve always been greeted with a smile when entering into the front office.

Not too bad, but my only challenge is with the AC which doesn’t blow icy cold. But all in all, it’s a nice place, another challenge is with security on your installation. There are no security patrols which should give residents some peace

Nice Quiet community with pool laundry room and cardio area friendly staff and fairly fast service, would recommend to family and friends and associates.

My living experience here has been great. Love the community. Cheryl,Kelly, and the maintenance team are very efficient and give good customer service.

The staff is beyond nice and accommodating . So, so far it’s amazing :) I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me here at SpringTree.

The leasing process could not have gone smoother; Cheryle was friendly and incredibly helpful. The community is quiet and, though an older property, the apartment is well maintained. An incredible and affordable place to live.

Quiet community. My bathroom is very old and needs to be updated. Rent needs to reflect the condition of the apts. You have to pay a monthly fee for the owner to tell you how much your rent is which is crazy and unheard of in my experience and still have to pay a fee to pay the rent.

Been here about 13 years love management they are very helpful, respectful, they make sure that the residents are safe and very well taken care of the property is well taken care no trash on the property, lawn is well groomed

Very great and nice place to stay. No one bothers you and the environment is nice as well. I enjoy staying here . Been here for a few years now. Kelly is very nice , kind and helpful .

I actually have had no problems nor complaints. Everyone is always nice, curtious, and respectful to me. No problems nor complaints keep up the great job.

Good nice community to live in. The staff is amazing. So is the maintenance. Good neighbors. Community kept clean. Very pet friendly. It's not a bunch of loud noise and neighbors are respectful to each other for the most part. No violence in the community.

my experience here at Springtree Apartments have been very pleasant very peaceful for the most part. I’m very relaxing. Department is fine. I did have a few incidents but they were corrected right away. Going to work and getting home is very easy from here and I like it. I like the office, the ladies are very nice and they’re And whatever complaints you have, they tried to look at it right away. That makes it very easy to live here.

Been here for over 10 plus years. It's my home away from home. It's close to the major interstates which is really convenient. And the price of rent is reasonable.
