It's been a blessing for our family! Everything is a brand new. It is like a new luxury hotel suite. Plus, nice owners. You can't find a new apartment complex in Overland Park at this price.
My mother has only positive things to say about this place. She was initially reluctant to move out of her house, but the brand new facilities, sense of community, and the friendly owners completely won her over. I cannot recommend Springs Living enough!
I've been living here for over a year, and I can confidently say that I am extremely satisfied. This is a newly constructed building, and everything in the apartment is brand new. One particular features that I absolutely love is the LG wall-mounted AC. It is truly exceptional. Not only is it incredibly quiet, but it is also energy efficient. Unlike window AC units, which tend to disrupt my sleep, this wall AC keeps me comfortably cool without any disturbances. Additionally, the ceiling fan in conjunction with the AC creates a pleasant environment during the hot and humid KS summers. Furthermore, I must emphasize that the owners consistently exceed expectations when it comes to taking care of their tenants. I have yet to encounter any senior apartment owners who demonstrate such genuine concern and attentiveness.
It's not easy to find a brand new apartment in this price range in OP. Everything is brand new! Very friendly staff and they do their best to help right away. This is a hidden gem!
This Apartment Complex is awesome. The units are brand new and very clean. Maintenance is great . I would give it 10 stars if I could!
Tenants come home and can't get in their home, not a good thing at night. This door has had problems since June 2021 and now it is December 2021. The owners Jesse & Esther tell us tenants it's something to do with the internet. A paying tenant just want the door fixed and open when you pay to live here and can't get in. No maintenance guy hired since the building opened in April 2021. The owner doesn't and can't do everything. Just got the 8th tenant in this new building and units have had some problems from air conditioning, dish washer hoses not connected, my stove burner not working, windows not locking closed and drafty and cheap. No monthly pest control in common areas at all. Ants reaching 3rd floor units. No checklist to make sure things like the hot water which I did not have on my first day move in April 2021. . One stove burner not working. A checklist is needed before moving tenants into these apartments. The private owners are not experienced at running an apartment building. No system for requesting work orders for any repair service in apartments if needed. Don't let the New Building fool you. It has issues, cheaply built and some apartment units had issues.
