This appartment had provided you a good convenient location to access many need in your daily life such as banking, shopping, market, recreation, library, post office and much more. It's a pretty good place to live. Staff is good.There is some concerns the people who have dogs don't pick up after them. Also there is people who smoke MJ on there porches and it's not allowed and it's very strong. It's close to stores and restaurants.

Living in this apartment has been a great experience. The location is very convenient, with easy access to everything I need. The overall atmosphere of the building is pleasant and welcoming. So far so good! It's a lovely property and great pools. The apartments a clean and spacious. The location is excellent too! I wish the gym was a bit bigger with more/different equipment but other than that I've really enjoyed living here!

A very quiet and relaxing community. I have never met an unkind person here. The office staff are helpful and kind. The maintenance staff are very efficient and responsive. They also have fun community gatherings.

It's a been great so far, i love the amneties they offer here, great work out area (GYM). I love to he coffe area it's perfect to sip that that great taste of coffee in the morning before heading out to work. We have had an amazing time living here over the past almost 4 mths! The grounds are always kept up & attractive, any maintenance is done with in a very reasonable amount of time. The management are pleasant & always available to answer questions.

Very impressed with the Team at Springs!!! The AC in my unit went down I called them at 10:00 a.m. by 10:30 they had a technician out at our apartment resolving the issue. When it couldn't be fixed on the spot they supplied us with portable AC units which got us through the day. AC unit was completely fixed the next day. Absolutely amazing job

If you enjoy carrying groceries for a long distance to your apartment from your assigned parking which will be behind the apartment building and nowhere near your door and enjoy paying extra fees just to pay your rent and you don't want a remote key for the front entrance gate and enjoy stopping to enter your code every time you arrive at the complex, then live here.

The Management is fabulous! They have answered our many questions professionally, politely & very quickly! The surrounding grounds are clean, well kept & it is VERY quiet! We had a few small things that needed adjusting, which was also completed in a very reasonable amount of time. We have never lived in an apartment before...this exceeded our expectations!

This is my third year here. The management team is always welcoming, friendly, and happy to help! They resolve any need no matter how big or small quickly and fully. Very peaceful community with lots of green trees and grass with birds singing all day (Arizona rarity!). Quiet neighbors and pets who are respectful of our shared living space. I definitely recommend this community!

If you are looking for luxury apartments this is not the place to live. If you want peace and quiet during quiet hours this is not the place to live. Management will tell you one thing and backtrack on their original statement. The absolute worst experience ever living in these apartments.

I really love my apartment. I love being close the freeway but not too close to where I hear traffic. I enjoy being able to take my small dog across the street to go to the dog park and then later on go to the library to check out some new books. Also they did some remodeling to the pool and it looks very cute. The only downside is you’re near a majority of fast food chains and restaurants and it’s hard to not want to pick up something quick after a hard day of work haha

Great apartment complex, a nice area, but a terrible location, and an “ok” maintenance crew. As a resident, you should have the most convenience for getting in-and-out of the complex. However, that’s not the case for this place. You have to make a U-turn just to get in/out of the area because they don't give you access to the other gate.. unless you are one of the select few who has a gate remote. They increased my rent, so I don’t understand why they can’t afford to give everyone a gate remote. So anyway, last month, something happened with the keypad preventing residents from accessing the complex for the only gate available (unless you have a gate remote). There were a few occasions when I had to wait for someone to come out of the gate for me to get in since the keypad wasn't working. I once had to wait 25 minutes for someone to come out since it was past office hours, it was ridiculous. That tiny inconvenience makes this place super frustrating to live at. This complex would be a 10/10 place if they fixed that issue and if the maintenance crew didn't make you wait so long to fix things and complete work orders, they're full of excuses. 6/10, would recommend if you don’t mind being inconvenienced daily.

My experience living here has been so fulfilling with my littles. The grounds are always kept spotless and maintained and when something unexpected happens the office staff are fast at resolving my issues or putting in work orders! I have never felt like a problem here and all the staff from office to repair staff are welcoming, efficient and truly do care about your experience living in this community. I was only going to stay here one year but I’m on year 3 and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!

The staff has been amazing in helping us resolve our issues with the apartment. Moving in, there were a handful of issues with our new home, and everyone has been very accommodating. This is not limited to the leasing staff but as well as the maintenance staff. No one has been rude or treated us differently upon our requests, and that it not a common experience across all complexes. We are happy to have chosen an apartment where both our needs AND wants are satisfied with a friendly smile.

I give The springs maintenance team an 11/10. No doubt about it. Not only do they complete my maintenance request to my satisfaction, but they always follow up with me to make sure everything is great and if I need anything else. I’ve never experienced an apartment community with not only great office staff, but also a spectacular maintenance team. I definitely plan on renewing my lease here. The last 1.5 years here that I’ve been here have been great!

My experience living here has been great! Maintenance is professional, and the quality of work is amazing. The Amazon hub makes receiving online shopping items much less stressful. The pools are in great condition and very nice, and the overall groundskeeping is very good. Also a very quiet community, not much disturbance or noise during day or night. I am very impressed with the quality of the property and staff, and highly recommend living here!

Left this apartment complex after over a year living here. It may be newer but its not worth it... 1) Make sure to read the lease thoroughly! The office will say one thing and the lease is totally different! Don't believe them, look up everything for yourself. 2) Even if you don’t sign up for “Resident Link” they’ll charge you $14 a month. Thankfully I was able to dispute it with my credit card! 3) Once you’re a resident the office rarely answers the phone and never responds to emails. You must go to the office in person to get any response, especially if you're trying to move out!! 4) Maintenance requests take a minimum of 2 weeks to complete, even for simple things that end up taking 10 minutes to fix. 5) No concern for safety! If you have noise concerns, the office tells you to call the cops on your neighbors! And yes, neighbors will have parties till 3am or your neighbors will wake you up with shouting and loud music at 5am.

The walls in this complex are so thin it's ridiculous. We hear are neighbors upstairs and behind us. We hear their conversations, going to the bathroom, snoring at night, patio doors open and close scraping on the metal as they open and close the doors. I've lived in many apartment complex and this is the noisiest place I've ever lived.

So far so good! Staff responded right away to necessary repairs at move in. Neighbors and community are very quiet. We didn’t get to view the apartment before move in. It’s very nice inside. So far happy with move here!

Because of my circumstances, I had to be in this location so I moved into this apartment. But if the location is not a priority, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Since I moved in, I have been spending day and night to clean the grimes of previous tenant and you cannot ask a single question to people working in leasing office. The maintenance guy is really nice.
