Sadly, I would recommend soldiers and their families not rent from this apartment complex. The amenities and conditions are poor and the hidden expenses are many. Their business practices are obtuse, focusing on their financial needs over the safety of their tenants. Considering there are MANY apartment complexes nearby that offer greater value for your dollar, coupled with more empathy and less hidden fees for everything from pets to laundry, as a former senior non-commissioned officer, I suggest young military members take their business elsewhere.

We just moved in and absolutely love it, everyone is so nice and everything was so clean when we moved in. Our clock on our oven wasn't working but maintenance came right away!!

I put in my second maintenance request and this time it was for the door, they shocked me once again, just like the last time and Dan came out not just the same day but within a couple of hours of the request. I have lived in apartments in the past when putting in a work request and getting a response took a week or more. As I stated, the staff is awesome and very friendly. I found this apartment complex because it’s one of the Very few in the area that’s affordable, has amenities and only charges 2.5x rent instead of 3. And at first I was nervous, but from the very beginning my leasing agent Nykkii was phenomenal and so friendly and helpful with the whole process. I’ve had no issues since moving in. Any requests I’ve had with maintenance was resolved within the next day. Would definitely recommend this complex!

The staff are nice and helpful. The neighborhood is normally pretty quiet. The apartments are nice and just overall I’m very happy living here.
Every thing looks fine to me so far. Drive to work is only 10 to 15 minutes, staff are friendly, neighbors look cool, There is even a pool.
Neighborhood is cool. Reliable service is completed when a work order is submitted. Great people and neighbors. Need better service when it comes to trash pick up.

Been here for almost a year and has not had an incident. Staff does respond to questions or concerns in a timely fashion and are kind. Just had too many days where there was a water main break and that causes a huge inconvenience for most us. But other than that no major issues to report.

The community is often peaceful. The residents are friendly to each other. I don't have children, but there's an adequate playground set up in the southeast side of the community for the children of the community. I love it because there's also a Pokémon stop that can help my game status. Also, in the 10 years I've been in this community, the management staff now are more friendlier than in previous years and maintenance crews responding to repair requests alot faster than before.

it was a nice experience i had living here, the apartment i rented was nice, and the people were somewhat nice too, there was always a lot of noise and occasional screaming, but the staff was nice, i rate a 3 out of 5, also trash wasn’t always picked up and it would’ve been nice to have a closer trash can to each sides of the complex but that’s all, besides that i had a good experience with the springs!

So far i have zero complaints. the complex is fairly quiet. I dont really see anyone foe the most part. Amenities are easily accessible. The staff ive met so far are nice and accommodating I recently moved here from chicago in july so everything is till pretty new.

My experience here was less than ideal. Had a roach infestation in my apartment that was there before I moved in and I had to begin legal action before they took my request seriously.

it’s nice living here but i wish some trash cans were closer to the apartments because the trash doesn’t always get taken out everyday. This would save the residents money and it would be easier to keep the community clean

The noise level is kept to a minimum and everybody is polite. The apartment outside area is always clean. The staff do not bother you and there's plenty of cameras around building to make you feel safe.

The community seems nice and quiet just minutes away from the base. The only thing that takes away the 1 star is, there’s dog poop in some places that some residents just dont clean up after their dogs
