I enjoyed my stay at springhouse. Everyone either minded their business or were friendly. Most respected the noise ordinance. Maintenance team are nice friendly and fix things in a timely manner. Management was professional helpful and friendly. I felt safe there
I would truly recommend Spring House to any friend or family looking for a place to live. My experience here has been satisfied to it fullest. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Lots of shops nearby nice scenery, sunlight and kept very clean. The staff in the office are very professional and friendly. The maintenance request are done in a timely manner. This has been a pleasure for me and my family.
I love springhouse apt . Quick response time . Hardly have any issues and when an issue came up they were wuick to respond and fix said issue.
Spring House is honestly wonderful! I have never had a better experience with staff anywhere else. The staff remembers everyone's names and they're always very quick whenever my husband or I need something!
I moved in May of this year and I can say many great things about this community. From the day I moved to Springhouse Kaitlyn and Sydney have been very helpful. They answered my many questions and made the move very smooth and easy. The community is very peaceful and quiet at night and my neighbors are very nice and friendly. So far so good!!
This is honestly the best place I have lived since moving to Augusta. The staff is so sweet. With any issues they have always been resolved with 2 days. I honestly love it here.
Springhouse apartments have been wonderful. The community is well kept and the team that works here tries very hard to make sure even with covid the residents have access to amenities and provide online activities to make the community feel connected!
Springhouse is a nice place. You're right next to the Village Plaza where a Walmart and Gold's Gym are.
This is a very nice place. It is very quiet for he most part and the property is kept very clean. Maintenance is timely, and they also have a small pond.
Maintenance of the buildings is poor, when I moved in the stairs were dirty and filled of dust and spiderwebs. The mailboxes needs to be fixed.
It is centrally located. Convenient for shopping, dining and all other weekend stuff. Apartments quality is not great. In many aspects it is just average.
For convenience, and an at-the-beach atmesphere, Spring House is Special!
The community feels like just that, a community. The employees in the office always greet you with a smile and are eager to help. The maintenance team is polite, professional, and timely. Springhouse has been a wonderful home for me.
I moved in last year. As I was shown apartments the ladies at the front desk made it out like they were going to be here for me with any issues I had. I found out after singing my lease that the neighborh who lived above me had a serious Japanese roach and German roach infestation. I told the management that I was going to ask around and see if anyone else was having the same issues and she told me do not ask because she didn't want that can of worms opened. I tried everything to keep them out of mine but it is impossible. I opened the door to the shed and roachs feel from the door frame. I can't even use the shed space. The gym photos on this web site are nothing like what it really is. The elliptical knocks as you try to use it, the treadmill is okay but that is about all they have. The front office is nice but it is nothing more than a front. The cabinets are cheap. My stove doesn't work and has not been replaced. Before they move someone in the paint over everything. I cleaned the tub and toilet and the paint peeled off. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. It is a step up from being homeless but that's about it.
My husband and I moved in Spring House in July, 2012 after we sold our home. We love our downstairs apartment with a handicap parking space, 3 wonderful bedrooms for our visiting family and grandchildren. Their have been 2 resident managers since we have been here and they are very nice and helpful. The maintanance men are wonderful and also helpful. I bake pound cakes for the office and all the maintanance men each Christmas and love doing it. These apartments are conveniently located and we do not plan to move anymore.
I've lived in Spring House apartments for 1.5 years. Negatives: They promised me a new fridge when I moved in, to be delivered within 3-4 months. I still have the same old fridge with the missing bottom shelf that looks like it's from the 80's. They replaced the carpets before I moved in but because of an ice storm/ "new contractors" my move in was delayed about a week, leaving me to bum off of relatives in the meantime. The carpets were replaced to fix a stale smell which has returned. The drains and faucets have had to be fixed several times and the door to the patio had to be replaced because it wouldn't lock. I told the management office about this about three times before it was fixed and after it was fixed, there was sawdust and some of the sheetrock was damaged in the doorframe. Recently, they closed the pool for a week because a few people were violating the pool rules, so everyone was punished instead of a few. The management office can't seem to get it together, they have continually quoted me the wrong rental price on their website, requiring me to contact them a week before every rent is due to clear the issue of cost up. They fix it every month but cannot seem to post it correctly. They have a high turn over rate, it seems. The "gym" has gone from five pieces of workout equipment to two and one half broken weight lifting machine. The pool is not usually very clean. Positives- Good, central location near shops and restaurants. There is a duck pond with thirty plus canadian geese. It is conveniently located near two main highways and Washington Road. The pest control guy is super nice, as are the maintenance workers. Everyone who lives there is friendly. The price isn't terrible but isn't great either. They allow pets.
