The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Springfield
I moved in last month and have had no issues. This place is by far my favorite apartment complex I moved into. The office folks are so professional and helpful. They are super responsive if you have any questions or concerns. There were some work orders here and there, but moving into a new place that's usually normal to make sure it meets your needs. The maintenance team is pretty quick when a request is put in. The community is so pretty, especially at night! I love the gated community and everything about it! So happy I moved in.
They handed out more parking passes than there are stalls. They tow anyone parked on the street. They make the Tennant's walk around the lot late at night to find the one car, probably staying with relatives, that doesn't have a sticker to call courtesy officer to have him tow. He won't walk around. He makes you call back with a plate number. If you can't, then he tells you to park at a restaurant a block away. He yells at us for calling him and complains about corporate decisions. I'm not your therapist pal. So I have to decide, do I want to tow the car with a car seat, meaning the owner has a family and probably can't handle a surprise $250 towing fee. Or do I want to tow the guy with a parking pass for college campus. Because we all know college students are rolling in dough right. Oh but then there's the car with a decal for home cleaning services. I can't remember, do housekeepers make much? So as this working class neighborhood is set up to loath their neighbors, I'm woken up at 7am one morning because a crazy woman wants to find out who called her car in. That time it wasn't me but this time it will be me upsetting someone else. Just like I, a citizen of this neighborhood, who paid rent and everything else on time, have been towed before. So when I get the smug responses from the office clerk, I can't help but imagine the sheriff from Dukes of Hazzard. And after hearing the not exactly courtesy officer go off about corporate, I'm envisioning Hog Boss issuing half baked orders from behind his desk at the bank.
I have been living here at Springfield for 6 months now and could not be happier with my decision! I had moved here not only from out of State but also from a home that required constant upkeep and attention. Here at Springfield, you have a beautiful environment outside and inside to call home. The amenities are fantastic and every single staff member is attentive, kind and responsive! The office staff is always available to listen and lend a hand... thank you Shae, Ashley and Angela! Hank, the Maintenance Manager is terrific, always professional and on top of any request submitted! Diana looks after the property with such attention to detail... it always makes me smile to come through the gates and see the beautiful surroundings that I can now call home!

I called Springfield apartments because I was moving from Memphis and needed a place to live. Glad I did because the staff here is great. Ashley assisted me over the phone I never had to drive here to do anything, she emailed me a link to see a 2 bedroom townhome that I was interested in but nevertheless I got the 3 bedroom because it was everything I needed and more. When I moved in I had no one in Murfreesboro that I knew so it was hard for me to get my home together. But with the help of Ashley and there Awesome maintenance man Mr. Hank I didn't have to lift a finger he literally put my whole house together. I wouldn't trade my home for any other place even if it was free. The staff here is Awesome and it feels like a family here. If you want a place where you feel real love from no matter what you ask they assist you over and beyond then SPRINGFIELD should be your next home. Not to mention Angela has the most beautiful smile if you come on the weekend she'll made you happy not even trying.
