Springbrook Meadows Apartments

Great customer service the office crew were amazing and always willing to help, I really loved my apartment it was a quiet building and respectful neighbors. I would recommend Springbrook Meadows!

Everything is literally falling apart. Even the maintenance men complain about the management and their antics. Instead of just replacing all the old appliances and broken everything they patch it and then they blame you that it broke. But you better adhere to their rules because you will get sighted. Ignorance is bliss.

I have lived here at Springbrook Meadows for 13 years and have loved every minute of it! I really like the washer/dryer room and they allow me to have my cat. The office staff is friendly and when i ask for maintenance to come in they are very nice and prompt. I would and have recommended several people to live here.

The first thing you should know, the pool and fitness room in the photo gallery are not on the property. They are located at Gallery Place which is also owned by the Gillespie Group. You can use them, but they are not onsite. As for maintenance, they can't seem to keep the same employee for more than six months. It took three years to get my central air unit replaced. And even longer to have the water heater replaced. The paint in the bathroom has been peeling since I moved in. The appliances are only replaced when they have to be, I'm assuming most are the original appliances. If someone parks in your carport, nothing is done about it. There is no weather stripping around the doors. In fact, I've had to buy safety plug covers to keep the cold air from blasting through in the winter. The carpet in the entry way looks as if my neighbor dragged a dead body out through the hallway. Don't expect your appliances to look like the photographs. If I knew how to upload photos of my appliances I would. With all of that being said, the apartment itself is nice and spacious. The staff is pleasant, although lacking in the communication department. The on call emergency maintenance staff is very timely in responding, I've had to call them at least two dozen times. The location is perfect. The property is quiet, of course, that entirely depends on your neighbors. We've had some bad ones. If you have small children, they will likely be very bored here. I know you are probably wondering why I still live here if I dislike it. The answer is that my youngest child leaves for college soon. I'm looking to buy a house afterwards. Why buy more house than I'll need?

Living in a dorm for four years and an apartment that was worse than that, I have found the Springbrook Meadows apartment complex to be a breath of fresh air. It is relatively quiet and well kept. The 2 Bedroom I rent is spacious with good appliances. The staff are friendly and helpful. From quick maintenance repairs to offering to feed your pets if you have to work late, they go above and beyond. The location is great for the Jackson area along with quick access to I 94 and US 127. Overall I would say this is a great apartment.
