We have an incredible community in the building, an on-site office, elevator, on-site laundry room, and tremendous convenience in downtown. Background check, employment verification and good credit are a must. Owner pays for water, sewer, and disposal. Tenant responsible for electric, internet, and small service fee for garbage. NO SMOKING. Pets are considered with a $200 non refundable deposit and monthly fee. One year lease. First months rent and one month security deposit due at lease signing.
