Management Is Untrustworthy

The property is not bad at all. It’s the person who manages our better said, lacks the necessary management skills to properly run the property. Makes claims that are clearly not true. Watch out when dealing with the Manager. Does not want anything to be in writing. Very shady in my experience. Make sure to have everything in writing and know your rights as tenants.
