I love the layout of my apartment and my patio is so cute. But my apartment is regularly 85 degrees well into the night and its pretty miserable to be there, I hope the winter makes it better

Upstairs Neighbours keep stomping around and it seems like between floors aren’t entirely sound proof. Garbage rooms and hallways aren’t always clean. Other than that, no complaints.

Moving in was relatively easy, and the application process was fast. Before we moved in, one of the garage doors had been damaged during an accident, and the community is still waiting for the repairs to be completed, almost 2 months later. A little frustrating only having one garage entry/exit working for several weeks, and now the alternative entrance is broken too. Therefore, during the repairs, we will have no access in or out of the complex for the best part of the day as they repair one entrance. Repairs in the apartment are fast, but the community is slow. The smashed window in the gym took several weeks to repair. The complex needs more care in the common areas, trash cans/pet waste receptacles are often overflowing for days in a row, and the communal trash and recycling areas are often the same from time to time. For the amount of rent paid, it feels like there is a lack of on-site staff. Community is fairly quiet overall, and no issues with any neighbours or noise.

We also appreciate your honesty about the other issues you’ve noticed as well and understand your concerns. Regarding the North garage door, it was damaged in an accident and requires special-order parts, which has caused some delays. The gym window was also shattered by a city landscaping crew, so we had to go through their insurance process before we could begin the repair. We completely understand the wait has been frustrating, and we appreciate your patience while we work to complete these projects as quickly as possible. We’re currently short-staffed, but we’re actively recruiting new team members for both our office and maintenance teams to help us stay on top of day-to-day upkeep and ensure the community looks its best. I’ve lived here for 3 years now, and the office team has gone through so many changes, I can’t keep track. Currently, they are gone from the office more than they are here, and are impossible to get in touch with. Maintenance team is solid, and amenities are great, when they aren’t out of order from resident misuse.

Everything is good except dog bark noises living in west building, unstopping dog barks going for a whole day, have to turn the white noises machine on when working.

Many public facilities, such as the elevators and garage gates, break down frequently. In addition, they fail to provide prompt notifications or fix them in a timely manner. For example, the recent elevator issue has left it out of service for over a month. The leasing office needs to be more proactive.

I used to give 5 star review. However, recently so many public facilities have gone out of order: 1. Elevator in east(E1) has been broken for a month, while E2 shakes occasionally; 2. Garage gates stops working; 3. The glass door of gym is broken..etc. This is pretty concerning.

Not too bad. I mean, I will say, walls are thin and I can hear my neighbor above me walking around. Actually sounds more like they're stomping around up there (Perhaps neighbors below me say the same about me). Occasionally, the elevator nearest my unit will randomly stop working in the mornings so I have to walk multiple flights of stairs to my car. Morning cardio folks. Other than this, place seems fairly quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. Gym is great for basic workouts or beginners but not meant for serious lifters. For that, I suggest the Eastside gym, 10 minutes away from Spectra.

I have lost two packages that were stolen due to problems with package room. Whenever something breaks they do not fix it, the elevator is broken for two months now without fixing, and the garage door also got broken and never been fixed

The elevator has been malfunctioning for weeks. The parking gate was down a few times in past 6 months. Some residents are not following the community rules. The property manager showed little ability to handle those issues in timely manner. Given a very good location of the apartment, this is an unfortunate situation.

I do not recommend these apartments to anyone because they have poor noise insulation and unsupportive management. The amenities are okay, and it’s nice to have Whole Foods near by. however, 0/10 do not recommend.

Worst management. Stay away from spectra. It is a great building and facility but the staff is horrible. They are not customer friendly.

The community is overall really wonderful! Neighbors are polite and kind. Sometimes dog poop is left around the property and not cleaned up for a long time, but other than that, the public spaces are great!

This apartment has great atmosphere, friendly neighbors and very little noise. However, the amenities such as game lounge could be better and newer.

I recently moved to Spectra apt and I have been enjoying the life of the apt so far ! It’s the most decent apt I have lived. I wish they would have a sauna facility. But still I really enjoy living here

Extremely good move in experience. Leasing and management helped work with me to make sure I could move in on time despite having to reschedule several times due to issues on my end. Very friendly and accomodating. Ammenities are great and apartment layout and style works just right for my family. Everything is new, looks great and works well.

A very friendly community and environment. I like living here. The equipment is new and the staff here is helpful. All the neighbour is good.
Love it! The facilities are so clean and well kept! Management is also very responsive. The amenities are also very clean. Trash and recycling are changed regularly which is so helpful.

Spectra has great amenities and generally nice apartments, and the staff are friendly. If you're sensitive to noise, however, it's not a great option. The nearby construction noise is a problem (even at night). Also, the fridge and washer/dryer are really loud, and there's a constant hum in all of the walls from the bathroom fans and other equipment. It can be really difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Everyone who works at Spectra is incredibly nice to me and my pup! They always give her treats and she LOVES her office friends! Most neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves witch makes living here very peaceful! Would recommend to anyone moving to Redmond :)

I enjoy living here!! Location is great and other residents are friendly. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Always clean! I especially like the proximity to downtown Redmond and 520.

I like the space and the area however, I’ve been losing my packages quite often and it’s getting really frustrating. It doesn’t seem like anything has been addressed or done to prevent this and I wish I could trust the people that live here but unfortunately it doesn’t seem that way.

Living here is such a a joy. Easy commute, walking distance to shops, Marymore park, which has a huge off leash dog park, concerts, kids play areas and we'll nature all around... The amenities are never ending, table top video games, a pool, hot tub and a 24 hr gym... Great place to be!!

Apartments are nice and amenities are very good, but soundproofing is extremely poor; I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking all the time... the whole apartment shakes.

Living in Spectra is so convenient, easy to access trail, 520, whole foods,... And the maintenance team is so responsive here, when you have issues, just create a service ticket in portal, then it would be done when you back home from work

It’s very close to the bike trail and Mayrmoor Park. We enjoy the pool and hot tub. Also looking forward to attending more monthly events in the community .

The location is amazing. I don't know what spectra did, but all the residence are so kind and sweet. This is the best part of the experience.

Spectra is top notch! From the amenities to the events to the office staff Spectra raises the bar on apartment community living. The only thing I can think of that would make it better would be. Few more pet waste disposal stations around the property. Thank you for making Spectra such a special place to live!

I just moved here from California The Bay Area. I am blown away with how easy my move was and that’s all to do the amazing staff here @ Spectra. Brittney and all the other’s were fantastic! We love the bike trails and nearby shops and restaurants. This apartment complex feels like a hotel at times. There is hardly ever a wait for the elevators because of how fast they are. My only complaints are how tight the parking is and no pool hours after sundown
