Property Ratings at Spanish Oaks
They apartment teammembers are unprofessional I been calling since Thursday and no one answer the phone I was interested in a apartment but u could never get a hold of someone
I love the new property manger she gets the job done i Samira would recommend these apartments to everyone!! It’s only so much they could do, but they still get the job done,I love the new Technique they have for us to pay our rent, and when I put in my work order in it always gets done,I been in my apartment almost a year,I’m so excited to be apart of the Spanish oaks team, keep up the good job,I love it,and I love the new property manager and the maintenance men they try so hard to make us happy
This property is HORRIBLE !! First false advertisement this location is not a GATED COMMUNITY!! Second property management is POOR you can never get anyone on the phone. Maintence is all HANDY MEN which they never can do the job right !! They are hired based on who they know!! There is no WALK IN CLOSET!! 4 years ago with management under Keisha, Sabrina , and Carl the complex was very nice, neat and everything was being fixed CORRECT!! Now it’s trashy , too much traffic, and kids are outside with no supervision which is in the lease if your children are outside they need supervision!! When you find people that is moving out whom have resided here for years that’s a problem!! Their reason “POOR MANAGEMENT “, “TOO MUCH TRAFFIC “ “WORK ORDERS ARE NOT GETTING DONE”!! I DON’T RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE!!
Spanish Oaks Apts is a wonderful place to live. The management and maintenance staff is top notch. I recommend Spanish Oaks Apt for short or long term living. It is a shade above the rest.
2Spanish Oaks Apartments is an excellent community to live in. The surrounding residents are very respectable and mature. It is so quiet and peaceful there. I LOVE it there!!!! The manager and maintenance is very helpful and attentive to our needs. I couldn't ask for a better environment.
