Shower head plumbing repair I would like to greatly thank the maintenance crew of Southwind Villas. Not only did they fix my shower plumbing issue in a very timely manner but they also went above and beyond the main maintenance request and installed my new rain fall shower head. I also appreciated the nice note that they left behind informing me of the completed and closed out trouble ticket since I was not home at the time. The management and their team never cease to amaze me. I would highly recommend this upscale, professional town home community to anyone who is in the process of looking for a new home.

Incredible staff Very kind and responsive staff. On site is 5/5 - property management/ownership is 3/5. Quite outdated to be considered luxury. Very relict approve essential repairs.

Maintenance I had to have a new water heater in my apartment. It was done quickly. I have not had to call for maintenance often but when I do it is done promptly and correctly.

Leaky window in living room was wet yesterday morning, with drips sliding down the blinds. I didn’t know if they were done with the work or if someone was coming back. We were home but no instructions or communications. Not sure when we will get rain again.

A little pricey but you definitely get what you paid for!
The exterior of the property and the residents are great. The interiors are outdated in many ways - old, sometimes broken appliances, rusted AC units, drafty windows and old thermostats that don’t regulate heating/cooling leasing to Massive bills. The carpet in my unit is matted down and the next paint is the wrong shade on parts of the higher walls. A few units are renovated with new flooring, appliances and granite counters but are hundreds of dollars a month higher than the already high rents. Keep looking....
Phenomenal complex. Very secure, quiet, friendly place to live. Easy access to Omaha and all it has to offer. Staff goes out of their way to make your life easy. Love the place - can I buy it please!
Great place and area to rent. Area is close to shopping centers and biking trails. Love the staff. They are so friendly. Up to date appliances and washer and dryer in unit!! Love it!
