The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

This is one of the worst place to move. Staff doesn't care about tenants. Very bad and slow maintenance service. Located near highway and full of pollution and noise. Lots of stupid rules. Not good for non smokers. Garbage is always full. Pool is never cleaned. You will find broken window of your car and stuff missing from your car very often. Rent is increased without any reason.
Property Manager at Southridge, Responded To This Review
If you have any concerns, I would be more then happy to help. We care about the tenants and addressing their concerns. Maintenance always try to get to each work order quickly and promptly. This is not a non smoking complex. The pool is cleaned often and garbage are taken care of every week. Lastly, rent is increased based on what the market is doing. Despite popular belief, rent is not increased due to any personal reasons. Call or stop by the office if you have any other issues. Have a great day!
I have been living at my apartment complex Southridge for 5 years now and all these year they had made me feel kind if my home . They are friendly always there when I need anything like repairs or cleaning of my balcony during the summer . The thing I liove most about it is it's a 20 minute drive to my work , close to freeways, and I'm surrounded by restaurants , malls and transportation.
I moved into my first apartment at Southridge and I only left because a break up left me unable to afford the place on my own. Three years later I am searching for a place of my own and Southridge is where I look first. The office staff was so kind and the living conditions were so enjoyable that it was very easy to call the place home. Before I originally moved in we had spent weeks researching other apartments in the area and as soon as we took a tour at Southridge I was sold. They not only had lovely apartments but the space was more than I imagined for the rent they were asking. We had only had issues with our garbage disposal once and the team at Southridge was quick to resolve it. This is truly the perfect space for someone to start from with everything you could imagine within arms reach.
