They are very helpfull and helped me with paperwork and figure out my ac. who knew I didnt know how to set a thermostat. Recommend the place it is quiet and you can get to stores quick.

I like living here it is quiet and dont need to worry about much. They take care of stuff when I ask. Amy is nice in the office.

I love how peaceful and quiet it is. Everybody tends to mind their own but are also friendly and helpful. And I love the location! It's just on the edge of town, so there's not too much noise or traffic, but Walmart and plenty other stores/restaurants are within walking distance. I love how many (and well kept)dumpsters and dog-walk areas there are. Great way to meet the neighbors. And so affordable! I definitely recommend this place to everyone I meet.

it was a safe and very comfortable place to be. Didn’t have any trouble once moving here and everything was quiet and nice. pool is amazing and neighbors are respectable as well. I definitely recommend being here!

It’s a very comfortable and safe environment. The location is perfect because there’s fast food close by and Walmart is across the street. There’s even a hotel and a movie theater next to it. The office has very organized people, and I felt extremely welcomed. I haven’t experienced any issues since I’ve been here. Very happy with where I am, and I highly recommend it!

I just wanted to share how much I like my home and the community I live in. One person can make a difference on a place but here everyone at the office is great. I lived at a property in Elgin that was managed by the same manager. The property sold and the manager left. When my lease was up I contacted her and asked about a home here. If it’s not broke lol. Sandy made my move easy and I have another amazing home. They have events, little contests and always make me feel welcome. I love it here and don’t plan on going anywhere any time soon. I definitely would suggest if you want a good place to live you stop in here.

I just relocated here from Georgia. My son and his wife live in Lockhart and I wanted to be close to them. I searched the area and couldn't find anything available. No house for rent and most of the smaller communities were leased out. There is a new one but it is way out of my price range. I called these apartments on Saturday and they stated they closed in 15 minutes. The lady told me she would wait if I could come now, so I did. She was very friendly and took the time to help me with the application. I couldn't believe that she stayed late, was patient and waited while I completed the application. She even took the time to show me an apartment and the pool area. The place was clean it was a little older but you could tell they had kept it up. I was impressed with how the area looked. She ensured me she would run my application and let me know if I was approved. Not only did I get approved I am able to move in before the end of the month. I hope my stay goes as easy as my application did. If you need a place to stay at a good price I sure would recommend them.

Have lived here for less than a year and have already been told the rent is going up. Yet I have not received a raise at work.

My boyfriend and I spend over a month searching for an apartment, we passed Farmhouse every day but never bothered to stop in. However, one day we decided to check it out. We were immediately greeted by 2 lovely women. Justin (my boyfriend and I were a little complicated. This will be our first apartment, so we were not sure what we wanted. We toured the A3 model and the rest of the building, we loved it. It was perfect to us. We left to talk and think about what we should do...shortly after we came back and got a map of the location and we spent hours looking at what ones we were interested in. A few days later we went back in, again greeted so nice. We asked if we could see several apartments we were interested in, they were happy to show up. Never once got annoyed by our 10000000 questions. We finally decided what we wanted and now we are in the process of moving in. We are so excited and can't wait for everything to fall into place

I just move into my new town home a few months ago. I can tell you that the office ladies were amazing. They are professional and very easy to work with. They not only made the move in easy they also made me feel special. I only had one complaint about my new home and maintenance immediately came out and fixed it. When I went to pay rent this month the manager was standing there with a smile and offered me a donut. There was a little note on it that said donut know they appreciate us. I heard that new events and things go on here now that never did before. My neighbor said that since the new manager has taken over things have changed a lot. She was going to move and now she is staying. It's quiet has a nice pool and a great staff. I am looking forward to see what they do next and living here for a long time.

This is an affordable housing apartment complex. It has been under new management for approximately one year and the rent has gone up considerably. However, there have been improvements to the property such as painting the outside of the apartments. Speed bumps were recently installed. I mention this because I have lived here for several years and there are lots of children. This has always been a big concern since traffic does not adhere to the 5 mile per hour speed limit. A new playscape was also installed for children. The manager and assistant manager are warm, friendly and easy to talk with about apartment issues. The current maintenance staff does an outstanding job of keeping up with job repairs/requests and keeping the grounds clean. The pool is a bit small for this complex but it is well maintained and has new lounge tables and chairs. For affordable housing, this is one of the best.
