Move in was quick and easy. The staff was excellent. My neighbors are so sweet and helpful and absolutely love the area! it’s a safe place and very pet friendly.

Great place to live. Very quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants, shopping, medical providers and entertainment. The staff are very professional.

Great apartment complex and a beautiful peaceful neighborhood to live in. Almost a year later and I love it here. Luckily we haven’t experienced any issues here.

over all it is a decent place to live. fairly quiet. the surrounding nature and wild life is nice. there are definitely some things that could use some work, but over all not bad

It’s a quiet community with access to plenty of restaurants, stores, 2 malls, parks and fitness spots. The YMCA is directly across the street which is a big plus.

I’ve been back here for about 3 years now and I can honestly say I haven’t had any issue with staff or neighbors the community is always well kept . U can tell management cares about the property and its residents no complaints here. I hope it stays that way while I’m still a resident back here

My experience has been good for the past 3 years I’ve stayed here. The neighborhood is clean and very peaceful. It’s very quiet. The residents are nice everybody speaks to one another.

This is a very quiet and tranquil neighborhood. I love it! My apartment location is very private and there aren’t any disturbances or concerns.

very nice management timely responses to work orders and with a can do attitude. Safe and peaceful environment, maintenance personnel have an attention to detail per individual requests.

I absolutely love my community. I have great neighbors and love the fact that we mind our business. We have a very quite building. I also love the weight room it has everything I need to stay in shape.

over all this is a decent enough place to live. i don't hate it here, so that's always a good thing. i have been here for almost four years now.

I've been a resident for 7 years and my experience living in this residential community has been wonderful. I feel safe here and the all of my maintenance requests are addressed in a timely fashion.

It is very peaceful in the community not too much traffic in and out. The neighbors keep to themselves and I love that it’s a really good area to work out in if u wanna take a jog along the trail.

overall this is a decent place to live. it is in general pretty quiet. i like seeing all of the deer and bunnies chipmunks and owls in the area. the cost is the only area that i have a little push back.

Peaceful living and beautiful apartments. Loving the area as well. I definitely would recommend these apartments especially if you want to be close to shopping and restaurants.

Everything is really prompt and simple. The maintenance staff is lovely as always and I’m happy to live here. The scenery here as well is beautiful and calming.

From the application process to move in, my experience has been smooth and easy! Sarah has been extremely great. Her communication is top tier and will never leave you in the dark about your status. Don't ever get rid of her! Also, the apartment is really nice and spacious, quiet area. 10/10 I highly recommend!

Love my apartment and the neighborhood. Very peaceful and lots of amenities to enjoy. So far no issues at all. There’s also plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

I am enjoying my first few days, in my new Apartment /Community. I have met some really friendly neighbors/staff. I've never moved out of my Hometown, so this is a new beginning for me, and I intend to enjoyi every moment.

Thus far everything is very nice and I really enjoy living here. Maintenance comes when needed, in a timely manner, trash is fairly on time, house is nice and neighborhood is quiet.

overall its a fairly decent place to live. i really like all of the trees. price isnt bad but could be better given the length of time living here and lack of upgrades.

The Staff is always so nice and helpful. Very friendly and the maintenance staff is always helpful and it’s really quite the part where I live not a lot of noise .

I love the area, how quiet my apartment is, and the kindness of staff. The quality of what you get for the price however is very…interesting. I am aware that I did not sign a lease for a completely renovated unit, but I guess I was just expecting more from a property that advertises “luxury” apartments. Even maintenance has stated that whoever prepared this specific unit was very lazy and cut corners. The bathroom is the main complaint. Smells coming from everything being so old, damaged, and needing to be replaced. The drawers were full of hair and mystery substances upon move in- and on top of that they’re constantly getting jammed or just falling out completely when opening and closing them. The bathtub looks old and gross no matter how much scrubbing you do or how much paint they continue to pile on instead of just updating them. In addition to this, the flooring is collapsed all over posing a tripping hazard, and I still find icky things around my apartment even after being here a while and deep cleaning religiously. As someone who enjoys hosting friends and family, this is very embarrassing and disappointing. Screened in balconies have so much potential- as do entryways to units, but the upkeep is just not there. The amount of debris is such an eye sore and shouldn’t be on tenants to make them look clean at the very least. This place will do for now, but definitely looking to move somewhere more updated and clean at the end of this lease.

Very pleasant experience, still have minor work requests outstanding. Overall, very satisfied. good to be back home in NC, eager to see the surrounding area

Southpark commons has been the best. The wildlife, the staff is friendly and welcoming. One of the best decisions I made for the greater good for my family!

The area is nice. The maintenance people are great here. The office people are nice, but they rarely reply to emails, which can be very concerning especially when there are important questions being asked. All nice people but that needs some real work as I can't always get there before the office closes.

Nice spacious and quite community , bit old construction and washrooms are little small but overall nice community. School is nearby ,mall near by green way is at short distance .

Very nice and peaceful apartments. Great neighborhood and walk out to deer walking past your complex. Love that things get fixed and taken care of quickly.

Nice place so far happy with the leasing agents . There’s definitely little things that can be fixed the halls are not kept good maintenance and other minor things .

I love living in south park commons. It’s in the perfect area that has any kind of store or grocery store you can think of. The staff is excellent and always helpful.

Area is clean and well maintained. Managers and stuff are very friendly and always eager to help their tenants as soon as possible and always trying to figure out the best solution. Apartments are in good condition even with old layouts.

Very solid apartments. The maintenance people are great to work with whenever there’s a problem. The leasing office made the move-in process pretty clear and straightforward.

Every time i have put in a request ticket for maintenance, they are here by the next day. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They have done some really nice updates to the pool and mailroom area. Very nice gym as well.
