Property Ratings at Southland Arms
Since moving to San Angelo from Galveston for work about a year and a half ago, Southlands has been home. Any time I have had an issue, the maintenance guys have fixed most things within hours, if not a day or so. Any time I have had a question, Tammy and the rest of the office have helped me. if you are in San Angelo or thinking about moving here, this is the place to be. Never have I ever had issues with my neighbors, parking, water, etc. The area is pretty quiet, and everyone is so nice.
Great service from start to finish. Maintenance service is timely. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are good. Location is in a safe, quieter part of town.
I am sure I will be a lifer!! You couldn’t ask for a better apt complex to live in !!
