Property Ratings at Southern Dunes
AC not working but since the outside temp is cool here and there they refuse to service it. Regardless of my apartment temp. Complained about the weed smell 3x and every time they tell me I havent expressed my concern. Unlivable conditions for my liking.
Nice apartments, quiet place. The staff are awesome, very helpful, they go above and beyond! Lived here almost 2 years! Safe clean and well managed Thanks!!
