The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at South Ridge
Me and a couple of other residents have experienced some random person in the area breaking into cars luckily for me I had my wallet and my car alarm was on to wake me up the But who ever the person was broke my window Motor and adding on to more expensive for a place that supposedly has security patrol in the area
They say I have 5 days to put the energy under my name and just was 2 day , they laying about that I don’t know why. Never going to refer someone to live in this place, ?? And now we had to stay without lights .
The neighborhood has started going downhill. I’ve been here over two years. It was once very quiet and felt safe. Now you hear gunshots all the time and someone was actually shot down the street (which was roped off blocking the entrance to my apartment.) The apartment are a nice size, maintenance is quick to come out, but if you have asked for more than one thing to be fixed..... only one thing on the list is usually done. There was also a time where maintenance key were left in my door all day. I never told the management, because I didn’t want someone to lose their job. The fixtures over the outlets break very easily, and have fallen off around my apartment. I asked for them to be replaced, but when they weren’t I just let it go and didn’t ask again. Bugs aren’t usually too big of a problem, unless it’s close to the time for pest control to come back out. Walls are very thin... my current neighbors I can hear at all hours of the night and they smoke in the house. That smell gets into my apartment and guest often mention that my house smells like smoke. Joseph and Griselda have been amazing the whole time I’ve lived here and they have always helped me when problems have arise. (Management for the apartments). From time to time there are nice community events and prizes to be won, but overall I’m happy to be leaving.
Very friendly and peace place to live great management an staff glad I found this amazing community.
I've lived here for 2 years and I like the location. My apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a laundry room. I'm retiring in February 2016 and the rent is probably going to be my biggest bill. I haven't had any problems with the apartment. Hope I win.
This neighborhood is great, they community center has events throughout the year for the residents in the community and locals and the area. I thinks that it's a great place to live. But they are bad when it comes to maintenance. If they free like your issue isn't important, you get pushed to the waiting list. I've been waiting about 4-5 months just to get my bathroom and bedroom checked out for rodents.
