Phase II opened July 2020 with another 28 units! It's conveniently located close to daycares, shopping, convenience store, great restaurants, hospital, parks and Steele County Fairgrounds. South Pointe offers individually controlled heat and air conditioning, fitness center, in-home washer/dryers, stainless steel appliances and flat top stoves in every apartment. Utilities included in the rent are Water, Sewer, Refuse, and Internet. Residents are responsible for payment of heat and electricity, and optional cable tv.
